Retroactive Action

Postby rbots » Fri May 28, 2010 12:01 pm

Hi, I am New, and I am happy I found this site !! I have so many issues that i could write a novel over a thousand pages long. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it. When I was in court in NJ in Ocean county, the judge told me that I cannot see my child until I catch up with child support.( I have a bad heart). I have this on tape. Can I go back and sue all of them, for I never got visitation, even though the court order shows I have joint custody, dinners, weekends, etc(standard.) I was kept in court for over 10 years and I almost died, but still no child. I have been soul searching for years as why my ex has been allowed to steal from me, lie to the courts, as well as just be rageful and revengeful. I am not a felon, I have no record. I have been a hard working engineer for all these years, but my child has been through PAS, and she won't even talk to me. My ex brother in-law came in and tool over as the father, aslmost as they conspired to do all of this.

I a, on disability now, and I really feel that my civil rights have been stampeded on, and they through me out to the dumpster.

Any advice would be great.

Perhaps you need to be on a site that helps men fight the courts for their rights as fathers'.

Here is a link that might help you in your endeavors.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.
