motion to chnage placement

Hey everyone I am looking for a motion to change placement for CT juvenile court. If anyone finds one or knwos where to find one besides the court that would be awesome. I am all the way in maine and it is hard for me to get court documents for CT.

You might need your local rules of court. At the county courthouse you could look up other cases in search of a motion like the one you need to file. Do you have an attorney who can help you?
