RE-Instatement of Parental Rights Limited

Postby The Sheriff » Wed Oct 15, 2014 10:25 am

To anyone:

What are the options for those of us who do not live in states that do not have a law to re-instate parental rights?

I think you meant the opposite of what you asked. But you may want to clarify.

Interpreting your question literally (removing the double-negative), you are asking what the options are for people who live in states with laws that allow for re-instatement of parental rights. The answer would be to make use of said law.

Hi! This posting is very old.
Could you please clarify? So if your state doesn't reinstate parental rights, move to another state that does?
