In a related subject to cps, is it possible to sue TANF (ADC)?

They are just about as bad as cps as to lying and not living up to their self sufficency contracts and putting people in total poverty.

You can file for an administrative hearing if you believe a TANF worker made the wrong decision in your case. You may be able to get help from a low or no cost legal aid organization to help you with the hearing.

Go to U.S. Code, and do a search for TANF
