Hi,
I've been reading all the postings here about the psych. eval.
I don't know how different these ones are from the eval. I had around 15 years ago... My Mother at the time gave me the advice to answer every question consistently and to evaluate all the questions. I was given an MMPI test and a CAP test, and I noticed that all the questions were repeated but they were worded somewhat differently to catch me off guard. When the evaluation was done, the CPS worker told me that according to the evaluation I was Naive and hated my Father... duh! I agreed with him and then he said that according to the evaluation I would deny it. The evaluation after that was worthless to them... they still refused to give my daughter back. The wouldn't use it as evidence of "lack of abuse". They just disregarded everything. It wasn't until I contacted one of the top Child Abuse Specialist in the Nation and had him interview me, my family, and my daughter that anything was done.

When my ex had to do a DV evaluation, the pshychologist allowed him to take the test home and do it... ( it was 5:00 pm and he wanted to go home). I helped My ex with the questions because his reading comprehension is pretty poor. Any way according to his DV eval. he "sometimes yelled and slammed doors, and didn't help with the house work". Although the Psychologist stated that he didn't think my ex was abusive, the CPS workers statement was that he was according to the evaluation.
If yelling, slamming doors, and not helping with housework puts people into the category of Abusive then almost everyone is abusive.
I was lucky both times getting a fair evaluation... but the CPS workers can read anything into that they wish, or just make it up.
It seems that no matter what the outcome of an eval. is they won't help you.

Everything they do or say is twisted evil.

We know that they are twisting our granddaughters diagnosis with this eval.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Giggles turn us on to Dr. Elizabeth Ellis, PhD in Duluth Georgia. She is the best thing to happen in our fight and to our morale. We are like most here, Money for this is difficult. We have been forced to spend all we have to fight these people. Dr. Ellis agreed to simply review the previous DFCS ordered evaluations performed by their whores. Her review disproved the validity of the evaluations and the evaluations, and helped us to reinforce what we already knew, that our Son was not a raving looney that was dangerous to everyone he came in contact with.

We have spoke with Dr. Ellis and have her permission to post her contact information: [email protected]
telephone: 1-770-476-1967.

We did not have to go to the expense of travel to the Atlanta Georgia area to see her. We FedEx,ed the evaluations, support information and cover letter to her, she EMailed her review report to us.

All who are experiencing Psych Eval problems may find their answer with her. [/b]She will not color her review but she will give you something new, AN HONEST, PROFESSIONALLY ACCURATE OPINION.

This is specifically for Gary and Lorrie:

I have a neighbor that has become a very close friend of mine. I share with her everything that has been going on in our home. She happens to be the one person that has helped me in the past with supervision of my daughter, and one of few people I trust to watch her. She has 4 children of her own and they are nearly integrated into my own family. My 17 year old daughter has been babysitting for her off and on for the last 18 months, and when she isn't available (nor the other teenager that lives on our street) I will watch her children for her in return for a favor or two rather than money.

Now this might seem strange to some people and I mention it only because I know this woman and that she is of sound mind. She is not a religious woman, but she is spiritual. She prays for guidance from a Supreme Being though she is not sure that it is the God that is written of in the Bible. She believes in Guiding Angels. Which takes me to the point I am about to make. I was telling her of your son, and of his claim to see Angels. And that this is behind the removal of his children. Her mouth nearly dropped to the floor, and she was in a deep state of anguish as I was telling her about your case as you have stated it here. Her disbelief that they would consider your son harmful and delusional because he believes that Angels appear to him was very apparent. And I think it may have somewhat frightened her.

One evening while she was pregnant with her son (who is nearly 5 months old) we were having a conversation about how worried she was to have a child right now. She was going through a divorce and the child had been conceived during a careless fling a few months after the seperation from her husband had occurred. She was worried about what the future was going to hold for her and this new baby. Her other children had their father in their lives, he pays support, he maintains all his visitation. But what was it going to be like for this baby? She said her prayers to whomever would hear them after she had gone to bed and was thinking to herself. Suddenly, she felt a weight press down on the end of her bed. She looked, but in the dark she could not see anything. She asked who was there, but received no answer. Suddenly she felt a calmness come over her, then the weight lifted off the bed and was gone. Since that night she has felt this presence several times during periods of stress. She claims she feels this is a Guiding Angel being sent to her. My friend is in no way unbalanced; confused and stressed sometimes, yes. She is not delusional, she is not harmful to her children.

I share this story with you two, to let you know that there are people who have never been touched by the things we are going through in their own homes, but they have been touched by the Grace of God when it was necessary to have him show a portion of himself for their own sanity. I believe that your son being able to see Angels (or any spirit life) is a gift from God. I believe him, I believe IN him. You can tell him that there are two people in this world outside of your family that knows it's not a crazy thing to see what other people can't or won't see. That we believe God has a reason to show him those Angels, and even when this is all over, never stop looking for them.

PARIANN
Thank you and your friend for your words of confidence. I printed your post and am going to give to our son, right now he needs someone other than his family to believe in him. This is a world where it seems everyone is saying,"You must believe as I believe or you are stupid."

We are christians but I detest organized religion because they are the same way. Your friend does believe in God, she just doesn't know his name yet, or the name she wants to call him, when I read your post I felt that she is like many of us. She needs to believe but doesn't believe in organized religion. Unfortunately, churches do hurt people.

I think your friend is right that it was a Guiding Angel sent to her to disspell her fears about what it will be like for this baby. When Lorrie and I met, she had two boys. One has a relationship with his father. He has spent about 70% of the time with us and 30% with his father. The other (the one with DFCS problems) was also the product of a careless fling or one night stand. I am not his father. I have been the only Daddy he has every known and Daddy to the other son also. Something is planned for her life maybe someone yet unknown to be the daddy.

I also heard another story about an angel actually speaking with a young woman and telling her she was to have a child. She ask,"How can that be as I have never lain with a man." He persisted in his story and told her," you shall call his name Jesus."

Update on psych evals

Postby DesertSkye » Thu Jul 14, 2005 4:39 pm

Well
"the brilliant godlike ones" tried to have a psychiatrist do the psych eval

which of course they found out doesn't happen

So they finally started it last week with an acutal psychologist

The judge also asked my attorney last week if I would be willing to have one done

My attorney said of course that I am more than willing
DSS wanted to find someone who DSS uses
Our side said no
we want a neutral one

So I waited to hear from them
Nothing
So I asked today
they havn't even bothered to look for one yet

So I said well ( I am in another state) I guess since I want to get this going I will go ahead and find one here and get it done

She said well I'll call DSS down there and get some recommendations
I said no thanks
I want someone that DSS doesn't use on a regular basis
Just one that I can look up and check out
she sort of laughed that I would do that
I said well, its easy to have their credentials checked out
She said well we have to agree upon it
I said yes, and so do we and I can tell you right now if its a recommendation from DSS I won't agree to it
She said well in order for it to be paid by us...
I cut her off and said oh we'll pay for it

I said I already know of one in Georgia which would be completely neutral
I said our attorney is going to give her info to the judge today

She didn't like this at all
The psych they are using for my daughters eval wants to see me too
I'll be there with bells on and a recorder too!
and I hope that the doctor in GA is able to do it as well as give a second opinion on my daughters

Do they really think we are so stupid to go to someone recommended BY THEM???

Its been 149 days and we still have yet to have our ajudication hearing

tentativly set for July 25th...our attorney said he was meeting again with the judge today and we'll find out for sure
I am thinking not good news since he didn't call us today afterwards and let us know........
they moved her to a group home recently

seems the foster mom was having a "personal damn crisis and couldn't keep up with her needs" excuse me
I didn't stop taking care of all 3 of my kids even when we were in the pit of hell with all that was going on
shouldn't she be punished for not taking care of her
and it was my daughter who told them
she wasn't cooking fo rher etc

Its so maddening
Its the children who suffer more than anything
how can any judge inthe country keep seeing this and not want to change it
it turns my stomach

Sorry went off topic of psych evals there but its all so disgusting
How can these people even look at themselves in the mirror

let alone sleep at night
A wretched soul, bruised with adversity,
We bid be quiet when we hear it cry;
But were we burdened with like weight of pain,
As much or more we should ourselves complain.

Hi desertskye......

I said well, its easy to have their credentials checked out
She said well we have to agree upon it

They don't have to agree on it...After it is over they will try and show her credentials are questionable or the one they wanted you to go to is so much better....

It is the judge who has to feel the eval was done by a compatent doctor, Cps has no law to go by in that....

The psych they are using for my daughters eval wants to see me too
I'll be there with bells on and a recorder too!

I wouldn't go to this one........I would have the one in Ga. do a second opinion on your daughters though..

good points

Postby DesertSkye » Thu Jul 14, 2005 5:00 pm

It never hurts to post

I felt I was just rambling tonight...feeling overwhelmed and just rambling and yet

I am glad I did!
Thank you I did not know that'

She told me it was said at the meeting with the judge last week that both parites had to agree
now I know I can rest easy

I don't think they could top this lady

As far as the one for my daughter
I think he just wants to question me on my daughters history
Sorry I should have clarified that

But, should I still not go?

Thanks good dad for those points!

In a way I don't want the hearing to be monday
too much has been going on for the last several weeks and I feel like I am still in left field

I felt prepared back in may when we had the out of order hearing for the doc to testify and since then

I have not met with the attorney....a few hurried phone calls is all
and have not been able todevote anytime to get ready

yet I don't want to put it off either

Overwhelmed? Yes
Think I should call it a night
My eyeballs feel as tho they will pop right out and I just keep rambling anyway

Do you have proof it was said? Were you there? Was your lawyer?

""If"" the judge was there and said you both had to agree...His word goes.....You both must agree....I didn't know the judge said it...It may not be right, but it is what you agreed to in his presence..

Now did he say it because CPS was thinking they were going to have to pay?

You can always have them pay for one , pay to have another done yourself...Then let the psychologist fight it out between each other in court...

My attorney told me she has seen it done before,Someone got a bad eval by CPS's "shrink" and paid to have another done and then put them both on their witness list and "Let them argue about who is better and who is right"[/quote]

Parties agreeing on psyhiatrist

Postby DesertSkye » Thu Jul 14, 2005 6:19 pm

They
(dss workers, their attorney,GAL attorney, and my attorney and his paralegal(who by the way is great and speaks up for our rights etc alot)

anyway...they all had a meeting with the judge last week and that is all she told me

I called our attorney today to find out who said what and he was on his way to court so I didn't have a chance to ask him

but I am going to find out tomorrow

If so I will just argue all the DSS recommended ones they come up with

They offered to pay at the meeting so you may be right on the money with that one
I'll find out too if that was the case, then I'll have the attorney let the judge know we will pay fo rit

I just got an email from the Psych in GA that the Shaws recommended and she said she couold not do an out of state case
Thanks Gary for her info though
I do wish she could have done it

I wish she would have told me that in the beginning...I have spent alot fo time emailing her and answering her ?'s and giving her all the details

Initially I just asked if she ocould do an out of state case

then she emailed back wanting more info

OH well...onward we go
I asked if she coould recommend anyone here...no reply on that

Thanks, Gary, its good to be back

I just feel like JOB lately though as I am sure we all do

It feels good to keep reading and learnign again but I also feel like
wow.....I am not close to being ready

Night all and keeping the whole gang in my prayers
I have to be gone until Sunday night again but if I find out in the am before I leave
I'll let you know good dad what the attorney said

psyhc evals are a set up if you ask me . the same thing dcf had told me bofore the eval was what he put in it against me .. said i needed to be single and not depend on paramours ... now that is what dcf had said and mind you i had been witht he same man for 11 years And we had 4 children with one of them being disbaled.. till my husband got on drugs . so yes then i did eventually meet someone else but i found it strange that they said the same thing and dcf said it first ..so then i knew it was a set up ... be careful .

well when I did a psychiatric they stated that it wasnt good enough...i had to have another one done...well all the while i am doing all these things for them and behind my back they are sitting there talking and convincing each other i am a bad person...so the psychiatric came back fine and so did the psychological ** at least from what i was told from the people who did it only to later find out they wrote the opposite of what they told me** then they ordered me to do another psychiatric which supposedly came out that I had issues...Umm I am trying to remember what it was that they diagnosed me with but i am not able to do so right now...Just know that I did not have any issues but they had to have it court ordered continously ...I do know that when i met with the psychologist it was oh...blah blah blah about my kids and i would tell them that i miss my kids and they would automatically state that i was depressed and needed meds...but it seems to be all over for me unless i file against the state for a lawsuit cuz my boys are probably adopted now!! so moral of the story watch what you do say even if it is lying...even if you have to pinch yourself to keep yourself from getting angry...cuz in the end you dont want to end up like me and not be able to see your kids and wondering if you are ever going to see them again!!
*whoever said that there is a honest social worker.?...they are not all totally honest and just because they are workers does not make them invinceable nor 100% honest...**
(that is my quote)
