I'm staying with a lady, renting a room, and her house is a mess. They want in the house and we said no. Is it PA law that they must come in the house to investigate?

I was able to find this Pennsylvania specific information at this link:

http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/055/c ... 0.232.html

And this: http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/055/c ... pCtoc.html

Lastly here is a link to an eye opening Website in addition to Fight CPS that has a lot of helpful information:

i live in pa, and cps does not have a right to come into your home without a warrant. they will try to intimidate you by saying youre refusing to cooperate with an investigation or they will tell you they will return with local law enforcement, just remind them that they also need a warrant. but youre living with a 3rd party. if that 3rd party isnt part of the investigation cps can take a hike.

The FamilyRights.us site was lost when the founder of AFRA, Leonard Henderson, passed away in January 2015. He was a phenomenal writer and activist.

If someone is living with someone who doesn't keep a clean house, that can be construed by CPS as child neglect ... they believe good parents wouldn't subject their children to unclean conditions.

All states are bound by the 4th Amendment as it is a US law.
