California lawyer

any lawyer / attorney in California area want to fight CPS ?

I did called thousands lawyer and no one want to fight against CPS.

Please let me know if anybody here know the lawyer that I can hire to help me.

If he is to far away, I'm sure his office can provide you with a referral. According to him, there are only six attorneys in the wonderful state of CA who deal directly with CPS.

That's my Attorney. I had called close to 50 Attorney's before I found him online. I live very far from him but he is willing to come to you.

There was another post that had the number of a lawyer who fights CPS, and would probably know someone in the 'fine' state of GA.

Lemme troll through the posts and find it. I need it to refer parents who come to me anyway.

If you need someone in GA (particularly Fulton Co), I would suggest Joseph Winter with Almbrick, Fine and Callner. He was a DFCS lawyer years ago and knows DFCS and knows the law regarding your rights. We used him and got our son back even though DFCS fought us tooth and nail.
