Civil Right & Criminal charge

After I got information from Juvenile court if they already take it off our name of the docket to terminate our parental right on June, 1 .... I feel much better and little bit relax. This is the first step for us to win the case. Even not done yet ! I know about this .... I`m still waiting for the next problems that CPS will bring out.

According my best friend that work in the same place with me .... he is a FBI agency from main office ( he still got paid from FBI as a unvision FBI agent. That`s mean : they need him if they really need him to take care the all problems that FBI can not handle. This man is a very important man ) and he`s working now as a watch commander at the Casino where I work for ... after I told him about the news that I got from Juvenile court, he told me if I will get reverse from the court. That`s mean : could be 100 % the judges from appeals court throw away the case if CPS didn`t bring the prove to them.

He knew everything about the laws. He`s working for FBI agent for 17 years and his job is to catch the all dirty cops around USA.

That`s why, he told me if he`s ready to help me to take me to Washington DC and filled the case against 2 detectives and CPS.

2 detectives has to get Criminal charge and civil right charge. And, this 2 CPS has to get criminal charge. The case worker slander my name by put the report if my daughter could be get molested if she`s return home. This is a big slander !!

And yes .... according my best friend, I have a good case to sue their ass very well !! And, we`re ready to fly to Washington with his power on his hands as a FBI agent ???

Also, he helps me for the all words that I can use to file on the filled.

He helps peoples alot when he still work for FBI. He`s a good man and understand my situation very well. He`s very straight man !

He reads our case and he didn`t believe too with whatever they said on the report. Very false and already against California laws 100 % and they can go to the jail to make like that.

That`s why, he`s willing to help us. But, we`ll see ....

Please pray for us, guys !!

If Washington DC take our case ..... we`re ready to go for the next future ! And, I will help anybody to fight against them. I promise ! I don`t want to let them do whatever they do anymore.

Somebody has to STOP their act !!

Sorry, but the FBI and Dept. of Justice will not do anything until you prove your case against CPS in federal court. I'm assuming by "taking them to Washinton D.C." you mean the US supreme court. Your going to need a lawyer who is barred with the supreme court. Can't just show up with said FBI buddy and demand to have your case heard. Get a civil rights lawyer, there are a couple in CA who deal strictly with CPS violations and are barred with the supreme court, and drag CPS to federal court BUT only after you have your son returned to you. CPS does not like to be sued and they will try to retaliate. They tried to get our kids after we filed the lawsuit but it was to late for them. Now any action on their part is going to reflect badly on them. Also, since CPS in CA has a baaaaaad history with the 9th circuit, you are putting them in the same situation they put you in, guilty until proven innocent. The 9th circuit is fully aware of the problem with CPS in CA.

Your going to need a lawyer who is barred with the supreme court.

That's not true. ANYONE can argue their own case before the US Supreme Court (See Gideon vs. Wainwright, 1963 for a successful example of this). But, you must try your case in lower appellate courts first, and you must be aware that the Supreme Court hears such cases at their own discretion. You need a well prepared case before you can consider proceeding, and you would be well advised to seek the services of an experienced attorney, if you can afford one.

But anyone can take their case before the court.

Cool, didn't know that, but he still needs a lawyer who knows the in's and out's. If everybody starts suing, eventually the supreme court might hear a case. Of course, that depends if CPS and the county lapddogs want to risk a ruling that could essentialy shut down the child welfare system nationwide. Due to the nature of the crimes these imbeciles commit, the supreme court would probably slam them hard.

I did call FBI in Los Angeles and they told me if I can file the detectives and CPS through to DOJ Washington DC after I told them the all story.

And, yes .... they mention me if I had a good case to sue cops and CPS. Also, they told me to bring my FBI buddy to Washington DC to make sure somebody in DOJ Washington understand if somebody inside the laws willing to stand up with us 100 % for this case.

Well, I want to try anything.

I work at Casino and the al security overthere was a cops before. So, they told me what I have to do and what I have to file.

I`m ready to fly to Washington as soon as possible and my FBI buddy is ready to help me too.

Just we`ll see ..... !!

Somebody have to show up and try the best way to bit this moron act !!

I happen to be going to be filing Lawsuit Charge against the Police Station as they were spreading rumours and slander, and defamation of character telling People I was a Drug Dealer...even told all of these stuff to my Mother.

So I will wait and see if I have a "case" or not. It is despicable when the whole Town looks down at you thinks it is true!

It is NOT true! All I am here raising my own Family, my Children, and minding my own business.

Then I find out that the same Police wanting to meet their Quotas, Yes they do have "Quotas" same as CPS, they want to make a Case to make themselves LOOK GOOD! and I was the Prey, like a broken animal or something, weak, and easy to get.

I am so mad, that it is NOT RIGHT to make Slander and defamation of character against my Family.

I will see what happens, I will probably will set up a meeting with the Chief of Police to tell him to back off to stop all of these Slander stuff or I will go ahead and sue their arse off. I have been down that road before and the Chief "apologized" to me for having the Police at the wrong address, YES MINE! at 2 AM in the morning waking up my Children...I told them you got the WRONG Address!~ I told them to go across the street and THAT is the right house, GO OVER THERE! and guess what? They refused to go over there???? I complained to the Chief...and they put the Policemen on Desk Duty as punishment. Chief assured me that it won't happen again. Well it is happening again.

What is the World coming to?!
