could this be?

Postby leighahh » Tue May 23, 2006 10:29 am

ok yesturday i went to the court house and got copies of my court records, served the GAL with paperwork stating that i am rescinding on my signatures, went an attorneys office and tried to discuss my case but he wasnt available. however today he called me and i have an appointment tomorrow with him and he told me that he is going to petition the court for me so that we can stop the adoption of my other 2 girls. i am excited however he did inform me that this means that iw ould haveto re-engage in services to get them back but that i would have to be assesed first, i told him that i would do whatever i needed to do, and he told me that she could not make me go to treatment but that i will probably have to go to meetings and prove it, and with the new baby do what she asks within reason. i am wxcited i know that this is going to be along shot but atleast with this new baby we will be clasified as intact-family.
could it be true that i could actually get my girls back, they are in such need of getting back home to me for there safety, emotional and mental well being. i trully believe that god has finally or is finally listening to me.

You need all of this to put any of these case laws etc in your Declaration of Facts, Objections and Corrections where applicable to your case. Do not let the lawyer talk you out of doing this.

You need to have all of this so that it is filed in court. Once your case is closed and you want to appeal if they refuse you then everything is there for the appeal. If it isn't there then your appeal might not go through.

So you sit on that lawyer and make him do it and tell him it is the life of your children and not his life. And you know that if none of this gets filed you could lose your children. So he is going to half to swallow his pride and do what he is told.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

It does help to be one step ahead of them and to work faster than CPS files any paper work. You got to be aggressive ahead of them and to be on top of everything. I am glad things are starting to look brighter for you, but surely it is not over until you get the Children back with you. So keep the faith and keep fighting.

I will keep you in my Prayers.

i got a good team of 2 lawyers and 1 supervisor on my side and tueday we go in front of the judge,
he had to stop the tpr because the gal and state dropped the ball.
i am so greatful and happy we got this done.

Yes, that is great news. Because the Judge dropped the TPR, so keep up the fight and keep it there...until the court ends and you get your Children back through Renuification Plan or Judge (in a miracle) orders them to bring your Children back ASAP, that would be GREAT!
