The First Family Court Hearing

We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. Edward R. Murrow

Good information, sir. A lot of people come on to this site scared, and unsure what to do. Your post is the perfect roadmap. Thanks a bunch and to hell with the goons.

Thanks, as I stated in my post, it's a work in progress. I'll be adding a lot more information with more research and experience and I also want to get into other related issues later, such as the Appeals process. I think this is the best way for people who need emergency information with an upcoming Hearing to arm themselves with we what they might need immediately.
