case dismissed, why is dcf still involved?

our case was dismissed by the judge today! i guess dcf still has to come out, im not sure why.....on our court papers it says dcf supervision terminated. any one got any insight on this?

What makes you say "dcf still has to come out"? On what basis? If your case was dimissed, that's the end of it, any more involvement on DCF's part is pure harrassment and as long as you don't consent, constitutes violation of your 4th Amendment rights.

You should politely say "Judge (name) decided that DCF's supervision of our family is terminated as of (date).

our case worker at the hearing said she still has to come out even though the children are no longer under protection.

Repeat what Dan Sullivan suggest you to do:
"Judge name, blah, blah has decided to terminate supervision, blah, blah" and Have a nice day.

That's it. Don't give in to her. That's the END OF IT!
No Questions Asked. The Judge is VERY SPECIFIC.
Why she has to come out is just pure harrassment on your Family and maybe being just pain in the ass, anything to pass the buck, make money for Agency. Must keep the money going......they don't want it stop just there...
Tell her, same thing, Judge name, decided to terminiate CPS' Supervision, on date...have a nice day...

Don't listen to her threats. I suggest you to KEEP A COPY just in case she comes back with threat of police, and you SHOW THE COPY TO THE POLICE! and kindly ask the Police to tell CPS to leave you alone.
