I need a really good lawyer in Phoenix / Tucson AZ, area...

yesterday, we tried to talk to our court appointed attorney about 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Decision in Doe v. Heck and its ramifications.

we've recently learned that my girl friends children were interviewed at school without a warrant which is a violation of both school policy and state law, apparently..

but when I mentioned that they apparently violated the 4th and 14th amendments to the Constitution he immediately started screaming that he knew all about 4th amendment and that it only applys to criminal law...

that he was a Yale Law School graduate and he knew what he was talking about, that if we tried to fight back in anyway or became adversarial with CPS her children will be adopted out and that our case worker should be our best Friend by NOW!

( I'm wondering how many years its been since he had a refresher course?)

this makes me believe I might as well mortgage what's left of my soul for a good attorney ( hopefully one that's well versed in constitutional law.) please feel free to private message me or e-mail me at [email protected]
