CPS WON"T RELEASE INFO ON MY CASE!!!!

I sent a letter to cps asking for any/all info on the case they are "trying" to form against my fiance and I.I received a letter stating that they have only what the investigator told me when he visited my home(which was that my ex accuses my fiance of physically abusing my son).I know this is untrue!They had pictures they were waiving right in front of my face AND they interviewed my son.How can I get all of that info?

I wish you luck in trying to get your info. We too are trying to get them to release our info and they won't do it. I want to see all that they are accusing us of and all the info they are using against us. Its about time for us to contact a lawyer and get the help we need so badly, but we will run our of money fast that way.

in my state a lawyer is only good in court
the cps agents and counselor are not aloud to speak with him
the lawyer has to go to the states lawyer of prosecuting attorney
i have only recieved info on my case when we go to court not before
i wish you luck if anyone finds a way please let me know too
