CPS - Corrupt Public Spokesman. I got back

These CPS workers are corrupt. it IS a business to them. A perpetuating business. The longer they can keep the kids out of their homes - the more jobs for social workers. That is why - regardless if your chil/dhildren are taken away because you are a heroin addict who is on welfare and cant feed or clothe your child or wether you are a stable parent who provides well for your child and dont drink or do drugs.. We all get treated the same. In my case - well My daughter didnt take the bus home from school one day for whatever reason, I was not reachable so my brother picked her up. All was well - so I thought. I got home before she was due in from the bus - I fell asleep and when I awoke and noticed she wasnt home - I panicked . I called police - police called CPS - and my daughter was taken from my brothers home and I was charged with neglect because I did not know where she was. ( My brother did not call me ) I think he was mad that he had to leave work to pick her up because no one could reach me via phone.

Well It took a month to get her back - and only because after I got a tast of the system and realized the "COURT APPOINTED" attorneys are really just an extension of CPS, I am fortunate enough to have hires my own attorney. The social worker involved in the case pretends to be you friend but had nothing but lies and false accusations to print. Where the HELL do they get this stuff from? Do they have a file that they just pick accusations from and then transfer the information to your file - so now you OWN it?

Well - for all you guys that are steamed over CPS. I may have some long overdue - HOORAYS... The social worker was found to be hiding evidence and also lying about an arrest that never happened in my history. She was Actually crying in the court when I was called in - because my attorney made know what she had done - and needles to say - The social worker's Supervisor was not Happy. Heee Heee. Word is she is getting terminated due to my case.

The case was thrown out - but the scars are already present from this. I have such a bad taste in my mouth. Iam thinking of writing the local paper.....And maybe mention a name or two???? wouldnt that be justice...

CPS agencies are known to practice retaliation, and the media is known to do nothing.

However, legislatures in the states, and also in DC, are known to have public hearings because of the huge crowds of falsely accused parents.

But, yes, speak up. The constant increase in the numbers of families affected must be exposed.

I am _so_ glad to hear that! I feel like I am in a similar situation. CPS has brought to bear a lot of false claims about my wife and I over the course of the last year and a half, and I believe a few of those claims are so overboard that I am certain CPS knows full well they are untrue, and that didn't stop them from littering my case with them in order to get leverage against us.

What do we call a claim that's known to be untrue? A lie. And I'm sick of CPS lying in order to gain advantages in their case against my wife and I.

I would ask the Lawyer to do a Research on that Caseworker, to check her pasts, her history, and to see if she was suspended from her job before.

Second, would to be to hire a Private Detective to check her out to see if she has done it on other innocent Parents before in similar situations.

Third, some People on this Board would type the Case worker's name on the Internet and would find something about the Caseworker's work past histories. For example, she or he probably was caught stealing or even shoplifting...would show creditability in Court and would go in your favor.

Do Research. You can check the Boards "How to investigate a Caseworker" (If they investigating you, why not investigate them?) That's the title to my belief.

I saw two of my Caseworkers in a Grocery Store actually slapping their own Kids. I wish I would have taken pictures but by then I didn't have a Video Phone on me on the Cell Phone but NOW I DO.

You would be surprised that not all Caseworkers but SOME are really stinky and corrupt. Just the trick is to catch them in the act. And be charged for the Crime.

I'm very happy and encouraged by what has happened in your case. I believe very soon we are going to completely humiliate CPS in our county and more.

These people network with doctors that are no better then they are. They call them "experts" and they can completely destroy people that do not know how to fight back.

When are we all going to network with some real CPS watching and exposing? I'm all for demonstrations and rallies. Town hall meetings. Give talks at local churches. Rent a hall and advertise a meeting. It's time to put these egotistical, insensitive, power /money hungry, child abusing, finger pointing, tunnel visioned, kidnapping, lying, tyranical, busy bodies in their places.

I CAN NOT wait until we can post our story. It's going to be 3 months since the kids were taken and I honestly can not remember what it was like to not have them bastards in our lives. It started over a year ago with false accusations we can prove false with documentation of their lies, exaggerations and intimidation.

My wife and I are committed to the cause now. When we have our day and welcome the children home the battle will not end there. It'll be beginning.

Name names! Go to the press. Express your outrage! And if no one listens try again!

I also agree that we need to investigate these undertrained accuser ourselves. Drag their @sses through the mud.

I know what you mean by the word "experts". It is laughable. Even they say my Family Doctor is an "expert" which he is NOT. He can't even know what a spot is. I asked him, he said I don't know, so he always would refer us to a "Specialist". An Expert! HA! Even most Doctors are not really great in these problematic areas. What you need is a Specialist, SPECIALIST. Not a damn Family Doctor. Because any Family Doctor can make a dangerous diagnosis which is not proven then you are screwed. I would much rather go to these "Specialists" than a Family Doctor that does not know nothing jack about these stuff.

Anyhow, Since they are investigating you, they KNOW EVERYTHING about you even down to your Mortagage payments, bank credits. Why not know something about one or two about them? Why not?

Just like you would investigate for corruption on Congressmen, Senators and they got caught really dirty and get charged for its crimes. Just like Senator Foley got caught for playing with Pages Boys but not surprised that he wasn't charged for it. I guess other Government Employees are covering for him, just like any other CPS workers covering that CPS Worker for its "dirty" work.

Just both the same, it all comes out "dirty". Even they abuses these Children from their very own organization and getting sued for it. Isn't that ironic?
