Can Someone Help???

I'm not going to write a book for everyone here. I'll just start out by saying that my daughter was apprehended at the Emergency dept of our hometown Hospital in June of 2006. All of our visits with her are supervised by a parent aid. We get along great with our parent aid now. When she brings my daughter here for our visitations twice a week it's more like having a friend here while we visit with my little one. Recently my daughter has been acting kind of oddly when she comes here. For instance she out of nowhere started crying uncontrollably after supper the other night. So the 3 of us sat on the floor around her and tried to get her to tell us what was wrong. She said that someone hurt her....We asked her where it happened. And we suggested daycare,mommies house,daddys ect... She told us someone hurts her at daddys house. In her room having something to do with the wall and the floor. She was acting as if someone threatened to do something to her if she were to tell anyone. So that is pretty much all we got out of her during that visit. Our parent aid took notes of this. She also noted the fact that my daughter is constantly asking me to bathe her when she comes here. The countless times she's had yeast infections since she's been put with her father is unreal! My daughter is potty trained she'll be 4 this year. She knows how to wipe herself properly yet she's constantly getting yeast infections??? I find this very odd. She doesn't really like men...This is another thing that I have noticed throught these past few months. She also told me the other day that she saw her grandpa at her daddys house. Parent aid also noted this and called the supervisor of my case to report it. This is why.....


Red Lake Man Pleads Guilty

A 58-year-old Red Lake man will be back in court on June 17th after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.
Edward Babin was supposed to be sentenced earlier this week but legal arguments delayed the decision.
Babin has admitted to possessing 112 child pornography files and a further 246 depicting child nudity.
Nearly 30,000 images were found by investigators on two hard drives owned, or previously owned, by Babin.

Cps told me and has it documented in court papers that Ed is not allowed anywhere near my child. Ed is my daughters dads father. The only thing is this! The computer that the police found all of that stuff on used to belong to my daughters dad!!!! Yeast infections, someone at her dads house hurting her!!!! I'm putting 2 and 2 together and something is seriously wrong here! Because i'm accused of child neglect cps wont listen to a thing that I say. I am so scared for my daughter being in that home with her dad. I have no clue what is going on there and I Do NOT trust him. I believe that the pornography that was in that computer his dad had was HIS. I can't prove this though. I do know for a fact that his dad Ed didn't know anything about the internet or computers. He is very illeterate when it comes to that sort of thing. I think that cps just disregards everything that is said to them because they are trying to build a case against me not my daughters father. Eventhough I know and our parent aid knows something is wrong they have yet to do anything about this! I don't care if they put her back in foster care till trial date....At least I know he can't hurt her there. I miss her so much and i'm scared to death of whats taking place when she's alone with her father. Also her dad walked out on us back in May of 2005. He asked me to bring her to his place to visit on Canada Day that July. I let him have his visit with her. I told him that I would be at his place at 7pm to pick her up. He didn't answer his door to let me take her till 12:20am!!!!!! When I got my daughter home I put her to bed. The next morning I went to change her diaper and she had an extreme case of vaginal bleeding. I took her to the doctor and he said that she had a yeast infection! He never checked to see if she had been tampered with though! I was so angry. My daughter was bleeding. She was throwing fits if anyone tried to hold her or change her diaper or bathe her. I really need some help. please someone.??? Her dad is using her to hurt me and i'm so sick of this. If he really gave 2 shits about our daughter he wouldn't have called cps on me more then 6 times in one year over trivial shit. He called on me cause she had a teeny bruise on her cheek. OK. Kids her age are running around constantly and she is one of those kids that happend to bruise quite easily. I bruise easily myself as well as my mother and sister. I need help to get her out of there. I live in Canada and it seems that cps has more say then the Police here. Who do I go to about this? My lawyer still hasn't gotten back to me yet. I wrote him about this almost a week ago with the title URGENT respond asap for a title and no one has replied yet.
