Whole new ball game

Well as you migh know we have been charged criminally with child abuse. Our lawyer is still trying to find out whether it is for them saying we starved one of our 5 kids or if it was the fact my 8 yr old hit my 6 yr old. Either way it is a mess and everyone involved can't belive it is happening even the other DAs and the judge.
Today however we got a call from the original investigating social worker who hasn' returned my call in over a month. She filed charges today with the juvinile court. The thing is she didn't know why charges are filed and what they are about. She did it and she knows but she lies.
Anyhow when we wen to the lawyer for my husband the lawyer got he file and it was all about Oregon and not my current state. All this coming from them. It was 2 inches thick and had stuff I had no clue about. THe front page however says that we don' cooperate because I told my kids to not say anything unless we are present or a lawyer. So they wrote a note to my current state saying we tend to run and we were a flight risk. We left when there were no open cases and we did plan this move for 6 months before leaving. It is a mess.
Don't know what to expect in juvinile court since we are already cooperating because it looks the criminal case look better. The lawyer said that he doesn't see a problem and our case is very different than most he sees and doesn' know why they are doing this so he is investigating on his own.
This is so crazy. Only 5 social workers in my county and I get stuck with 2 of them!

You can check Juvenile Courts under the "Juvenile Courts". The Cases that go through Juvie Courts are no better off, some people had horrible experiences going through Juvie Courts and would think of them as worst than Family Courts. Some Members on the Board would account for that.
I would rather have the Case in Criminal Courts and have my chances to have the Case dismissed right out of the water. That would be the end of it. But however, CPS can still file through Civil Courts and still say you are an Abuser and will be registered in Abuse Registry regardless of dismissed Case.

Anyways, I was thinking a while back remembering your Case and it was about malnutrition and your Child's image, and people are saying she is underweight or whatever. My Question as I think this is important:

Is there any Family Herediatary in your Family and Ancestors that has Body that are thin, tall? It all falls under DNA Profiling, and you will see that most Family by looking at them, they are skinny ones through out the Century. It is just the way it is. That is how your Children were molded that way.

You see, my Family through out my Ancestors, they are heavy boned, husky, and some skinny ones. They are saying my Daughter is Obesity. Then I told them LOOK at my FAMILY LINES...they are ALL heavy boned and husky. I was skinny as a Pencil and my oldest Daughter is skinny as a Pencil, just the way she is molded that way. Because of Family Herediary and Genes.

Did you look at your Family Lines to see if it is normal that your Family were molded through out that way? Even my Family Doctor said that they are perfectly fine and healthy. He knows all about Cousins, Uncles and Aunts that goes to the same Doctor, and knows they are big. and looking at my Dad, he is skinny as a Pencil.

It is just the way it is. Have them look at your Family and Ancestors and they will see why.

I have been going through and fighting alot based on heredity. My kids are bigger tha n my neices and nephew and they are considered within normal height and weight on the charts according to doctors. Even in the CPS records it says their height and weight are normal. Then it says they lookd dehydrated. Looking isn't being though. Also heredity plays a role in my oldest sons conditions because he exhibits many behaviors of my father in law before he developed schizophrenia and bipolar. He is in therapy and we know it is genetic because every person on my husbands side besides him and his sister have mental illness. So that plays a role.
Our lawyer is going to argue this. Especially since my oldest is aleady going through puberty and that can't happen unless she has enough fat in her body to trigger the hormonal production. Also developmentally my younger 2 are on target and a bit ahead and my older kids are getting help with their learning disabilities.
Thanks for bringing up the heredity thing. Maybe a judge wiil hear us on that.

Do you have Family Doctor and a Specialist that can testify to that? Do you have Medical Records that states that?

I know by looking at them thinking they are "dehyrated" is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! Please have your Lawyer cross examine the CPS Worker that said that "looking at them and she thinks they are dehyrated". and then have your Lawyer ask her a Question? "Do you have Medical Professional that can back these claims up?" I bet you that they don't have Medical PROOF that shows they are dehyrated?

Tell them WHERE IS THE PROOF? A Specialist has to confirm that one of them are indeed dehyrated. By looking at them is not sufficient! They must do a Blood Test to confirm this. Sometimes Urine Test can help. I don't know, I am not a lab technican! Well SO ARE CPS Workers, they are NOT Professionals in these areas EITHER!

So make that point. "Your honor, this CPS Worker ***** is not qualified to make such assumption that Child *** is dehyrated as she does not have Medical Proof to back up these Claims." IF there are no PROOF, then the Case must be dismissed.
