Appeal Hearing

Can anyone tell be if you are indicated and the take it before the appeal hearing, while you are waiting for the hearing are you indicated in the national and or state abuse registry ?

I believe so Susan... The lower courts ruling stands till it is overturned... I'm not 100% sure, but thats the norm :(
