Here are the pictures of my estranged husband's apt., where my 4 children have been since May when CPS told me to take them to his apt. due to my home being hoarded.

I have cleared my home out & it looks good!

This is what they live in at his apt. CPS had to admit in court a few months ago that it was filthy. They have not seen these recent pictures as the caseworker REFUSED to look at them when I tried to show them to her!!!!

*IF* she is concerened about my children & supposse to be looking at their best interests, HOW can she REFUSE to look at pictures documenting HOW they are living? The pics. were taken ONE DAY before I tried to show them to her!!!!!

THIS is the person that cps is recommending my children be placed with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the sense? The logic? The justice?

The pictures outside are the back area where the kids play!!! My child is the caucasian....he is my youngest, almost 9.

Those pictures are nasty..I can't believe someone could live in such filth and expect their children to.

Have you been able to show your pictures to the judge or your attorney?

I just took these one week ago. My lawyer will see them tomorrow & he will show them to the judge.

However, I have over 70 similiar pics. of his apt. taken on FIVE DIFFERENT occassions...and the judge DID see some of those the last time we were in court!

In court, the cps supervisor HAD to admit that his place where the children are was filthy!

Yet, since that court hearing in Nov. the cps caseworker has NOT been going out there on surprise visits!!!! She TELLS him when she is coming.....giving him several days notice at times.

I don't understand why the judge didn't order cps to go out & surprise visit his apt. & take pics. like they do at my house!!!!!

In fact, after that Nov. court hearing, when cps came out (and my house was in GREAT condition!), they said the judge wanted them to also take pics. of my car (Which had alot of stuff in it!) & my backyard....the backyard & my car had NEVER been anything cps checked on since this began in May!!!! Why would the judge all of a sudden request that?

I absolutely think they should be checking his house and not giving him days notice. It's absurd.

I agree, but it's like I've told my cps caseworker......they are turning a blind eye & a deaf ear to everything about him...from the messy apt., to the domestic violence I endured, to his rage & anger problem.....even the fact that the police were called to his apt. the 1st week of Nov. by a neighbor due to his yelling & cussing at night!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh. My. God. Those pictures are beyond words. I can't believe NO ONE in that house has picked up and cleaned that place!

Of course the caseworkers are looking at this situation with blind eyes and deaf ears. They might have to admit they made a mistake.

I think between these pictures and that Reader's Digest article...all presented to the judge soon, I hope, you have a very strong leg to stand on. Let's all hope so!

A small side note: my house was cleaner than that place by a long shot and cps removed my kids.

if i were you..have the local police do a "welfare check" on the kids some evening when you know hes there.
