Thank you, and a happy Mother's Day (belated, sorry) to you too! Thank God I got to see 2 of my kids for church. My faithless mother & her lesbian partner, who are holding them hostage from us had to drop them off because the SS (CPS) said I could take them. I only have 2 supervised visits with them a week plus church, which isn't enough.

I'm so sorry to hear that. How many kids do you have? Our 3 were taken away because of false accusations made by my own mother & her lesbian partner. I also have my case posted on this website. If you were in the U.S., there is a rally in Washington DC on Aug. 18 to try to stop this child for profit racket going on. Do you have supervised visits with your kids? My husband & I do twice a week, but they just started letting us take them to church. It was so sad to only spend an hour & 45 minutes with them on Sunday, but at least I got to sit in the nursery with my 1 year old during service. Good luck to you and God Bless!

we have three children our oldest son has special needs he is 7
our second son is 6 and i have a 14 month old beautiful daughter me and my husband get 2 visits twice a week 2 hours a visit, i know its better than nothing but we still shouldn't be there! we have supervised visits the complaint was made because of the huggies baby forum that i supposly used and said i like child porno! they have no evidence but our lawyer is fighting it anyways cross our fingers we win!

i hope you get your children back and these evils caught in their unruley behaviour ! if we were in us we would come to the ralley for sure!!! we need one australia!!

Those accusations are totally ridiculous! Here in the US the CPS Nazis make up cases against parents based on hearsay and no evidence. This is a clear violation of the 4th Ammendment which states that 'no citizen should be the victim of unreasonable government interference' or something to that effect. Do you all have to pay child support? Those crooks take a total of $800 out of our paychecks a month, while my mother & her 'partner' rake in over $3,000 a month, including $2,100 in child support. It is so sickening. I hope the Washington DC rally gets broadcast in Austrailia on international news! I want to get up in front of millions and tell about the injustice that CPS is doing to families worldwide.

A world wide rally would be a great idea. I hope it happens someday. They're using our social security money to fund cps here, but that's going to run out someday. CPS is so corrupt in the town I live in that they must pay this certain lesbian judge who always sides with them. You get them judges too that is corrupt as cps, the judge over australia that granted our children is corrupt i had her the first time in 2004 and she ordered the cps and police a emergency fax order cause the children are at significant risk of alleged harm!! and she awarded the orders she is a b#tch and as corrupt as them that why i don't want her as she is the same judge that awarded the police the search warrant as well with i knowling posses child expoitltation if i was a judge i would want to see eveidence not RISK OF ALLEDGED HARM THAT MAY HAPPEN!!!!!!!

we had a male judge and he seem so much nicer and even thank us for coming But they have no evedince expect a pysc evaluation that both states me and my husband are unfit parents lol... states he is abusive and narkastic and i'am delusional even though she was the same phys doctor i seen in 2004 gave me a bad report and they used her again why cause she would be BIAS!! i never heard of both parents being crazy??? cause my own private phyc that held more qualifcation that her cleared me that i'am 100% fine!!

Yea, I think a male judge would be better in our case too. I had to take a psych evaluation by one of their paid goons, which turned out to be very negative about me. This might be a worldwide scam on thier part. Anyway, this evaluation said that I was in the highest risk group for suicides, which is total BS! I'm in the process of getting another eval by a Christian doctor who is paid for by our insurance. Today at our humiliating visitation, I asked my daughter if she would like to come to church with us, & the caseworker who listens in (they're all videotaped) called my caseworker who told him if I ask her again to stop the conversation! My lesbian mother & her partner have brainwashed my oldest child into not believing in God. Well they're going to have to answer to a Higher Power for all they have done to us and the CPS workers are going straight to hell for all the lives they have ruined.

Yes, the supervised visits are watched and videotaped. They also give you this report on paper that you're supposed to sign afterwards. The thing is though, if you contridict what the report says & ask to see the videotape to prove that you're right, it's been conveinently 'taped over', so either way the parent is F&*^ed! I hear that the CPS offices in Texas, people have to go thru metal dectectors to get in. I have audiotaped some of my visits with the kids (discreately of course). I am now recording & documenting EVERY interaction with the Nazis, because they have distorted & outright lied about us. I have a half-assed attorney but he doesn't have the balls to stand up & fight for us in court. He just kind of goes along with everything they say like the stupid 'case plans' & the other hoops we have to jump thru. We go to court June 4. My lawyer says he's going to get the permenancy hearing delayed which is good. The judge in this county is also a lesbian, which sucks!

God, it would be so nice to get a world-wide class action lawsuit against CPS for all the mental & physical problems they have caused people to have. my husband & I are also suffering them. Does a relative have your kids? my mother & her lesbian partner are making a big issue about me taking the 2 youngest kids to church, just cause this church is likely anti-gay, like many churches are. The Bible says that homosexuality is WRONG! Piss on this politically correct bullsH*t! That's just like the stupid 'love & logic' parenting classes that they required us to go to last year! Spanking is actually illegal in most states of the US if the law is misconstrued.

In teh state of Tennessee if you spank a child under 6 with anything other than your hand you are guilty of aggravated child abuse. Does not matter if you leave a mark and it does not matter where you spank them.

This is a tragedy because most therapist will tell you that if you must spank then don't use your hand because your hand is to be love and not harm. Now, I no longer agree with that, but it's a whole other story.

It's also a tragedy that many parents DO NOT KNOW about the child abuse laws. I can tell you right now had I known the law things would have been different.

today we had our visit today thursday all went well as far as i know,
kids were wanting to come home again like always,
we had contact in the park and the cps worker left us alone for 30mins for i dont know why and rung mum before she is the childrens carer at the moment and the cps worker told her that the meeting date had changed from the 28 may to 31 now as the lawyer can't be present it was to set out a case plan!! now it been delayed again and they are suppose to have one before court and they haven't and wont now!! and has even told us!!!

In Australia smacking is illegal in some states Queensland we're i'am from is illegal unless its a tap but knowing cps they twist and change the laws to suit them selves and no one is game to test the water cause you can be charged with aggreive assult to a minor and child abuse causing harm to child under 16 and it the most foster kids in care is QLD and based on RISK OF or intimdating the Childrens parents to beilieve it easier to sign the order and be done with it!! What happen to the days with the good social workers and how they helped families???
i beileve they should DESTROY cps!!!

We only have orders to see the kids twice a week and for church on Sunday. I have to see them this afternoon at 3. I hate these taped visits. They are so degrading! A different CPS Nazi told me that spanking is legal here if you don't leave a mark, but my mother's stupid 'partner' told them that I spanked my 4 year old and I got yelled at by them! How many children do you have? I have 3. The CPS nazis snatched my one year old the minute she was born. She is now being raised by lesbians (my mom & her 'partner') but they don't have custody (and hopefully they won't). You're lucky you get to see your kids unsupervised. Did htey make you go to parenting classes? We did & they're totally gay! I'm taking a college course in motivation right now. It's really interesting. I'm totally motivated on going to Washington to change the child protective services laws. IT's a totally corrupt system worldwide!

our contact is still supervised but at the park and it still sucks

we have 3 children 1 girl she is 14 months and 2 boys 7 and 6
my mother cares for them and her partner my step dad, and deparmtent are trying to apply and get granted a 2 year child protection order guardianship one,

we have contact twice a week for 2 hours per visit supervised

i'am enrolling into a course of cert 3 in children services so will give me some insight hey?

Are they making you take parenting classes? They did to me & my husband. It's called 'Love & Logic' & it's totally gay. They probably don't have that program in Australia because it' s based out of Denver, Colorado. I hope it hasn't spread that far! I have 3 kids too. A daughter age 13, a son age 4, and I also have a 14 month old, who they snatched from birth, even though they had no case against her! Did they do that to you too? Are you & your mother on speaking terms? I'm not with mine because she is controlled by her girlfriend. That bitch was talking trash about my husband to my baby IN FRONT OF ME and I said something to her about it. She turned on me & convinced my mother to hate me as well. Of course the DHS Nazis believe them becuase they kiss their asses. This one bulldyke caseworker is up thier asses so much it's pitiful. She's one of them I told off (actually I told the truth by saying that the system sucks!) I've had to go thru one psych evaluation by one of their goons. I told the truth but the idiot said I have delusions (which I don't) and that I'm in the highest risk group for suicide (which I'm not!) Well, any psych dr. paid by CPS will say bad things about you because they're paying him to say that. I'm in the process of getting another evaluation by an independent Christian dr. out of this corrupt county. That one should go better. We also had this quack dr. analyze our relationship with the kids early on in the case. He was paid by CPS, and of course said bad things about us, and said that he thought we shouldn't have the kids back. Never trust any 'expert' paid by CPS. They are AGAINST you!
