Trouble with teen and CPS

OK So I am a Lurker on this site mainly to help out my cousin who is fighting with DFCS here in teh state of GA. Well yeterday I had a visit from a social worker beause of a call on me.... Seems my 15 yr old daughter doesnot like the rules i have for her. This call I Strongly suspect came from my daughter.. She said that my boyfriend whom we have lived wioth for 10 yrs threw a chair at her and I punched her in the stomach.. I was floored!!!(NEVER NEVER NEVER HAPPENED) Well I let the worker talk to my daughter while I was standing there and my daughter told this lady that she lied she just does not want to live with me any longer. Why does she not want to live with me well I am Strict. I have rules. I will not let my 15 yr old run the streets, She is not allowed to date, nhot allowed to go off with people I dont know,I make here do things that she does not want to do . She wants to show caows and we let her BUT she just wants to show she does not want to do the work at home that you have to do to gett them ready.
She wants to get on the internet and meet BOYS and the call them i have caught her twice talking to ones that she meet on the internet. one in texas and the last was in Tenn. SO this last time I catch her on the phone at Midnight talking to this guy we get into it. They are of course talking about being a virgin and who knows what else begore i intercede. I take the phone away form her and hang it up we have a few word she smarts off at me and I smack her across the face. any way long story short. SHe hates my rules and thinks grass in greener on the other side of the fence.
So this worker comes out and and talkes to us . My child throws what Iamounts to a temper tamtrium in front of this lady. and slams the door in fer face. I sign a safety plan stating i will not use corpal punishment while in invesgation i s going on. Not a problem as corpal punishment and a 15 yr old just doesnot work IMO. But I will not have a child tell me what she is and is not going to do in my home.
So my question now what happens next?
