We, here at this web site all believe we are innocent.

We all seek answers as to our 'dilemma'.

We all know, (being innocent) that we were wronged.

We all have come here because we could not fix' things ourselves.

We believe that being accused, we should be able to fix the wrong.

We believe that someone chose to do this intentionally.

So help me get a grip on all this, Im really quite dumbfounded>>>

How can a 'simple' person allege we violated our children?

How can the word of any common layman alter our family dynamic?

How come no evidence is needed to convict a parent outside a court room?

How come, no evidence need be shown in a court, convicts parents.

How come family court judges continuing ed. credit classes are instructed by dcfs/cps?

How come 'family court' rips a family to pieces?

How come a non-sworn public worker has more powers than god?

How can NOT committing a crime give cps the power to keep you from ever volunteering at a school?

How come the child abuse index is only to be used by cps and doj and no one has to disclose their on it, yet every school etc. has access to it?

How come if 'future risk of harm' helps cps steal our babies, why dosnt every man get imprisoned for future rape, and every woman get imprisoned for future prostitution? (we have the tools)

How can the police say your innocent and NOT file charges, and cps can allege abuse and convict you? (and sentence you to the abuse index?) Isnt child abuse a crime?

How come NO ONE has 'beaten' cps yet? What dont we see???

WHY ARE THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF CPS SO ACCEPTED/OVERLOOKED?????

A parent can't beat CPS because "Bribing the judge" is written into federal legislation as entitlement funding.

This is a gross violation of the constitutional Separation of Powers - separating the Judicial Department from the Executive Department, which CPS is a part of.

It is also a violation of written Judicial Codes of Ethics, which make it unethical for judges to accept "awards." This court funding is called a "Court Improvement" Grant Award.

I've been thinking about this a lot.

Obviously, Americans are losing the right to parent their children as they see fit. While I do believe that children have rights- to not be physically assaulted or sexually molested, to have a roof over their heads, food on the table, clothes on their backs, to be eduacated, to not be forced to work before a certain age, etc- I think that having loving parents is more important than having a really clean house, or a middle-class income, or various other BS that is being used as an excuse to steal children.

I watched "Pursuit of Happyness" the other day, and couldn't help but think how that story would turn out differently now- CPS would take his kid, he'd have to make court appearances and visitation and whatever else they demanded of him, he'd lose his job, then they'd use that as a reason not to give the kid back, they'd TPR him, the kid would end up in long-term foster care since he was school-aged and black the chances of him being adopted would be low, and I'd suspect the father would fall apart, having lost the central purpose of his life.

In the state I live in, the number of "Denial of Critical Care" cases has doubled in just 5 years. I've heard that to keep getting bonuses, CPS has to take more kids each year than the average of the last 3 years. So, they will keep taking children for more and more flimsy reasons.

How long before babies are being taken at birth from 1st time mothers, based on a history of mental illness, if even just occasional depression? How long before parents have to prove they have a stable income above the poverty line before they are allowed to take their newborn home from the hospital? How long before pregnant mothers have to be tested to prove their ability to parent and given parenting certification or they will have their baby taken at birth?

I'm a big fan of Kage Baker's Company novels, and the future in those books scares me, but I see our culture heading in that direction. In those books, by the 24th century, parents must be licensed, public health monitors prowl the streets and anyone who is caught doing anything considered anti-social or unhealthy is immediately taken to a hospital to fix their behavior. I don't want my children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren to live in a world like that.

Earlier tonight, my husband was speculating about what the Founding Fathers would think of this, and I remembered that George Washington grew marijuana, so obviously his step-children would have been taken to protect them from his substance abuse. I don't think I even need to talk about Thomas Jefferson.

We live in a world of fear. we are unable to let our children be children. i remember when throwing a rock at someone would just get you into trouble, not in a juvenile court. i remember my dad spanking me and no one turning him in.
in my opinion abuse is beating your child daily, not occasionally. when someone spanks thier child now, they can get a call from cps. has the fear of what might have or might happen taken over our lives?
imo, our legislators are playing on the fears of the voters, on the fears of the worst cases as a way to get voted in, as a way to make the removal of our consitutional rights ok.
i would like to know how to fight this. what does it take for someone to say we dont need this? we need our rights, we need our children and our children need us. i hate to hear "err on the side of the child" or "what if it did happen?". who says it did, who says it didnt, what happened to being judged by a jury of your peers? why does the action of a few affect the majority? the majority of all people do not abuse, yet we are treated like abusers. we are all treated like we are guilty based on words, not on evidence.
