Need HELP FAST
Single mom has done everything asked of her in the "case plan", originally CPS took kids because she asked them for a space heater, kids were taken next day from school, oldest put in foster home with child molester, called the police, they took him right back to the molester, mom has taken 4 kids to doctors, shrinks, counseling, medication, every stinkin thing they have asked of her. She got kids returned to her but case still open. Hearing after hearing after hearing, judge saying she is horrible parent and she had no business having her kids. Her youngest daughter 14, was molested by one of her oldest brother's friends New Years eve while mom was at work, he was 17, mom just found out last Thurs nite, mom called police, CPS did emergency hearing, kids got taken again today, termination hearing tomorrow. What can a mother do. Please help. She has had these kids and taken good care of them for 17 years, that to be terminated tomorrow.

ok, they are saying she was molested????? she is fourteen and the guy is seventeen????? quite frankly, if it was not consentual, I would think that would be rape....not molestation. it is sad to say but in this day and age the average fourteen year old girl is sexually active, I dont see how you can be "molested" by one of your peers...just my opinion.
Yes you are correct it is rape.....no molested just was in such a panic to try and help this lady......The reason they are TPR now is because......The whole story:
There is a single struggling mother who has contacted us because she is desperate. She came to me for help because I have posted my brother's story every where, before her story turns out like my brother's I want to try and help and will look to any official I can to help it get stopped!
In November of 2007 a single mother went to DHHS asking for HELP (MISTAKE NUMBER ONE!!) This single mother has 4 children ages 14, 15, 16, 17. Three boys one girl. The road for her has not been easy but she HAS been doing it for SEVENTEEN YEARS. She left the father 13 years ago because of abuse and has been raising the children with NO child support. Trying to collect but to NO avail! Winter was cold and the trailer she lived in needed heat. She went to DHHS to see if she could get a heater. What DHHS did was remove her children from school and put them into protective custody and THERE BEGAN the case of abuse against her for neglect. One of her children were placed in Brian Bergthold house (the man convicted of child porn). Her life has forever been changed. This single mother has done EVERYTHING that the court has order her to do, she has jumped through every hoop they have asked. Her children were returned to her after months of struggling to get them HOME. NOW her children have changed, they are different they act out the rebel and most of all the boys no longer treat her with respect. She has fought with judge Zimmerman over protecting her children and keeping them home but Judge Z continues to drag her through case planning after case planning were she no longer has the money or energy to fight the system any more. Yes there have been issues that have come up with her children and she has fought tooth and nail to protect to try and keep her children. DHHS and Judge Z has set her up to fail and NOW next MONDAY there will be a hearing to terminate her rights and put her children in the foster care system. When she has done EVERYTHING right. Judge Z has accused her of being a parent who could not control her boys and will now place them in a system that really does not want them either. WHERE is the sense in this? This single mother is NOT a drug addict nor an alcoholic, she is a hard working mother who has tried and DHHS has set her up to fail and take her children.....why could they just not help her? WHY? What is happening to her NOW is she is dying of cancer and she refuses to let them know how bad it is for fear she will NEVER see them again. All she has wanted is for DHHS to say out of her life and STOP going to court to go in to treatment to remove her cancer tumors that have taken over her body and to die with her children beside her. WHAT kind of system would do this to a mother? WHERE is the protection for the mother who has fought so HARD to just keep her kids home and try to do right by Judge Z and DHHS
