second opinion on substance abuse evaluation

Hi,

I went for a substance abuse evaluation at one of cps's approved providers. They said i did not need services. I went back 2 weeks later and they told me the caseworker called and insisted that I attend these classes for 12 weeks.

I asked the caseworker at a later meeting why she called them and said that, she said she did not call them.

Yesterday I went to another cps approved provider for a second opinion for substance abuse and they told me I do not meet the criteria for substance abuse classes.

What do I do now?
