Social worker fired

How do I find out if and why a case worker was fired? My case was in CA

If she is a socail worker you can go to the state social worker board for CA and look up her name and see if there are any complaints. other wise an employer will not tell you why somebody was fired. The very very first sw that came to my house was "transfured" the second sw told me why but she wasn't suppose to.
