In order to sue the pants off CPS, I need a copy of my file. The complete file with EVERY.Little.thing. in it. That would be from 2005-now. The lawyer claims he is trying but isnt getting far, the caseworker claims we cant get our file. How do I get it?
I want everything. Case notes, visits, phone calls, court stuff, investigation reports, initial call reports (yeah this one is a biggie because I KNOW they will fight me to give me this).

Ive found "they" are like roaches. It doesnt matter what you do, they keep coming back and multiplying. -my 2c on CPS

Jan '09- Lost our daughter due to FTT. Went to my moms until March '09, then to my brothers until June '10..when she FINALLY came home to her parents. Oct 10-no longer court involved.....and FINALLY Nov 10- case CLOSED!
But the past cases, too many to number, keep haunting us and they keep finding us for more cases. They will never leave us alone and we will never be the same people we were before we had children.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

If CPS is refusing to give you the case file via the privacy act, you will need to go to court to get a court order for it.
Will they let you go to the CPS office to look at it?

Have you already sent them a certified letter requesting the case file as per the freedom of information act? and make sure you throw the legal quotes in the letter when you print it up and make sure you get signed return receipt. =)
