CPS took my daughter`s two sons this past Christmas Eve over several calls were placed by her to get help getting out of a toxic relationship and hostile environment. Her now ex fiance has anger and extreme jealousy issues, is prone to violent and verbally abusive outbursts and we suspect PTSD and mental health issues. Daughter always tried to hp this man, as did her family, but there was no plesing this man. Anyway, fiance given help and resources, but never daughter. Daughter made several calls and pleas for help, instead of help they claim harassment. After two to three months of no help and them rejecting the classes she found on her own, daughter starts calling in with complaints. Now CPS fires back by charging her with failure to protect, domestic violence in front of children, have deemed her unfit to be around small children, bullied father of two year old to pretty much throw daughter under the bus or they would place son in foster care ( we had baby back from cps for past five months until last week when this crap hit the fan) and because fiance did not get what he wanted from daughter (wanted her back), he was more than happy to do so. Judge took one look at cps report etc and stripped daughter of all rights to sons, now has to pay for parenting classes that fiance got for free, has to pay for supervised visitation and I am sure will have to now pay child support. The violent man she left, now has full custody of their son and we all fear the worst.
