I never in a million years thought this could happen to me. Yet here I am. I will be there in the chat tonight. I do not know what else to do. I am facing all of this alone. I am trying to prepare for my court date for criminal assault when it was just an accident. My story is in the Legal Research forumn. If anyone has any sort of ideas of how to help me please post replies there. They have threatened my Fiance into telling her if she drops the restraining order they will take our kids. They told her if we even talk or communicate through friends I will go to jail and she will lose our kids. Once the legal issue is over with and we get back together they will take our kids. How is this right or fair?

Hi

I am new and I would like to be apart of the chat time. I need to find out answers on how cps got to be the way they are and how can they just take children away like this. I really miss my babies. :( I am looking forward to meeting everyone and getting to know you. Talk with you all on Friday.

It appears that CPS got the way they are because they all use training literature and aides purchased from the Child Welfare League of America. In a year of searching for the answer to the question, "How do they all act the same way and say the same things across the country", they are the only common denominator I can find. The dues to join and the cost of the training programs is so great only a government agency can afford it. Of course it is our money they use.

Gary, I found something about that a few years ago.
In Atlanta Georgia they had a CPS convention/training
thing and their brochure for it was online.

One of the instructional sessions was basically
about how CPS, Police etc. should all get together
and make their stories all match up so that
they have better results in court.
When the MAFIA does that they call it
"getting our stories straight" and it's
a form of witness tampering and corruption.

The brochure mentioned that tuition/entry fees for
people from various other COUNTRIES is waived.

I had been interacting with people in Scandinavia,
New Zealand and England, and was amazed at
how remarkably similar the routine abuses are.

Apparently, in addition to the US being the
center of the universe for BOOKS and standards
in many professions, the US was actually
exporting our lousy broken CPS system through
people educated here, educational grants,
Agency for International Development funds
and who knows what else.

In the US, the Feds (US DHHS) created a
non-working model agency for the states to
copy, in order to obtain the funds.

It does not seem like a stretch that this same
governmental means of spreading it went
beyond US borders.

A grandma that would apprecaite help

I found your site this weekend by accident. I am so confused with what just happened to my family. I posted here because this was for newcomers. I could use help with sorting out all that has happened, as well as knowing whats coming. I am quickly running out of resources, and I'm not even sure what I have done was the right thing. My daughter went in to labor for her 4th child. The baby came early and there were complications. The next thing I knew there were CPS people, an attorney advocated, and now I have 2 of the 4 kids. None of this makes sense. Any help is apprecaited.

jusltome, it would help if you started a new post of your own so that others can see it.

I am afraid your post will be lost in this thread and not many people will see it.

Newcomers.....start a new topic and that will be your personal thread for others to help you.

CPS Investigations....is another forum and you can start a new topic there too.

Thank you
