You can Report a Social Worker here's how

PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO ALL OVER!
You can report social workers. They are expected to follow a code of conduct. See if the social worker in your case belongs to the national association. Keep a record of the wrong doings and submit a complaint.

Unfortunately, unless a social worker CHOOSES to be a member of the NASW, you can't report them to the NASW. You CAN report them to their licensing board though. You can report to NASW if they're a member as well, but not every social worker is a member of that group.

Every CPS social worker is governed by state law. Report to your state's Inspector General.
Social Workers are NOT above the law. Though, apparently, they are trained to think so.

Additionally, every state worker must and should uphold the Constitution.
They are not above law.
They may be tried as individuals. It has been done.
Look to the Law.

Several states don't require their CPS workers to me licensed social workers (Texas is one of them). You won't be able to report these to the Social Work board.

You can report them to the state agency, and initiate an internal review...although that doesn't always get the desired results.

Same for NY. The basic CPS investigator is not licensed and often is not even a social worker. But one can go to the AG to report infractions.

CASEWORKERS

Here is a site I love. RATE YOUR CASEWORKER. I was strolling through google and found my comments under the caseworkers name. I had forgotten all about it but to find it on google was very refreshing. Then I typed her name in and poof there she was and my comments. http://www.ratemycaseworker.net/ Makes it easy to pass the past victims comments into the future and warn new victims.
