Hi. Is there a website for Washington forms? Just need to know what exact forms I need to submit in court. A few weeks ago, cps sent a letter to my husband and I. They said I was the alleged perpetrator and my husband was the one being negligent. We both wrote a letter responding to their decisions, also quoted a lot of RCW and WAC laws on the letters. What type of legal forms do I need to file this in court?

If I understand it correctly you are going to represent yourself and not have a lawyer?

Need the info to help you with the forms.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Not sure yet, but I did write a letter to cps in response to their so-called investigation and what their outcome was. I gave a copy to the social worker and wanted to know what proper legal forms I needed to be able to submit it in court prior to my court date.

thanks for the links, they helped out a lot. turns out i looked under the washington department of licensing and put in the so-called social worker's names and one of them states counselor-registered, expiration date of 05/06/06 and the other social worker as counselor-registered, expiration date of 05/26/1996. can i also question the qualifications of the guardian ad litem? i checked out the pierce county guardian ad litem listing in washington, and this gal that they had appointed to us is not even listed.

Yes, absolutely, there are state laws that have specific GAL requirements. You can even question the judge's qualifications, remember what it says about the judge's OATH OF OFFICE, if he/she does not abide by it, the judge must disqualify (recuse) him/herself. No official can legally take part in your case without proper qualifications.
