Is there a form that we could use to self petition for custody of a child in custody of cps..we are in the process of trying to getting the parent plan ammended.I dont know if we are going to need it but to be on the safe side we would like to have it ready..the cps office in oregon is thinking of returning the child back to the mother even tho they have founded that she willingly and knowingly endangered her childern with a know 3rd degree untreated sex offender.....
