Does anyone know how to Petition for DYFS records held by County Counsel in the State of New Jersey? Is there a form number or title? Is there a link you can provide me with?
Thanks

I don't know what you mean but to get your Case Files from CPS, you would have to write a letter to the DIRECTOR of Social Services, NOT CPS. Commissioner of Social Services higher up, not directly to CPS. This way you can get them.
Three ways to get your Case Files/Records from CPS.
1) by writing a letter citing FOI (Freedom of Information Act) this one don't always work.
2) Write a letter to Director/Commissioner of Social Services, NOT CPS directly
3) Court ordered to have it released by a Judge- go through your Lawyer
4) In addition to last but not necessarily is by writing to the State Ombudsman and they will try get the files for you. They will investigate for any wrong doings on CPS part.

It is easy to steal from poor people. But don't do it. And don't take advantage of those poor people in court. The Lord is on their side. He supports them and he will take things away from any person that takes from them.~ Proverbs 22:22

Records
Thanks for the info, I've discovered that I will have to file a motion to get said documents. Some states you can file a petition others a motion. I don't advise anyone to contact DYFS, CPS, DHS, DCFS or any other name the supposed child protectors try to hide behind. They may do it differently in Canada, I'm not sure. But I do suggest that people get their records from County Counsels, Attorney Generals and/or agencies defending the CPS organizations. Rally in Washington DC Aug 18!!!! Be at the Lincoln Monument on that day we fighting for our rights!

Yes I agree. I already wrote a letter to CPS (CAS) in Canada. They had stated in their letter that I must go through my Lawyer to get Motion to get CAS Records released to me.
That is what they said to me in their letter.
So that's the way to go, is to file motions in front of the Judge to get your CPS Records released to you, make sure it includes pictures, logs, complaint, statements, medical and xrays, everything!!!

I respectfully disagree. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a federal action. A FOIL-at least in NY is the Freedom of Information Lsw (state statute enacted owing to the FOIA).
Look to the FOIL of your state government.
Amd request your documents from that entity. At least to start..........
