I need this form
I need the form that when filled out and delivered to the school stops CPS (et al) from interviewing my children - (it also covers certain teachings, and so on). Unfortunately I can't remember its name or where I got it. If you have any clue what this is or where to find it I'd sure appreciate it . Thanks TG

I think you are talking about Miranda Rights. I think Dazzemay or Marina has that form letter or a card where the link shows what to say to the School NOT to interview the children without you present or without a lawyer.
