Hi all! Im currently working with a family in Colorado attempting to regain physical custody of their 14 y.o. autistic boy. I need a Motion for Reconsideration following a PP hearing. Im having a great degree of difficulty finding a sample motion for such that is in Denver's format, or ANY format for that matter. If you know where I might be able to find a sample...ASAP (I have to have this motion filed in four days, as I was told about it too late), PLEASE let me know.
