I had court on Jan 18 and my 3yr who has been in there (CPS) care for 10 mths and my 6 mth were returned to me! I had finished all of the drug classes and graduated there forced classes, but things were still not going my way.....until the foster mom's family had a tradgedy in her family. Her mother committed suicide. That made the judge allow me to have my kids overnight. After the CPS "monitered" visit the next day, she recommended I get my children back. She said that i had wonderful parenting skills and she believed me to be a fit parent.
NO DUH! I told them that 10 months ago!
Good luck to all of you fighting this horrible and totally backwards systm that is supposed to being keeping families together (only after they tear them apart first)
Tradgedy for foster mom spells happiness for me

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom
To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

A wretched soul, bruised with adversity,
We bid be quiet when we hear it cry;
But were we burdened with like weight of pain,
As much or more we should ourselves complain.
William Shakespeare
