Audit finds more than 320 foster parents with criminal pasts
LANSING, Mich. More than 350 foster parents and other adults living with foster children were convicted of crimes ranging from sexual assault to domestic violence to drug possession.
That's according to a report by the Michigan Office of the Auditor General.
The audit found 321 foster care providers and 32 other adults living with foster children who had criminal convictions as recent as 2003. The offenses should have prevented the state from placing foster children with them.
Department of Human Services director Marianne Udow says the audit only reviewed the way the state processes foster care cases. She insists the 19-thousand-plus children in the system are safe.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom
To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.
