Britanys baby has skull fracture

Postby tinytots » Sun Apr 16, 2006 1:14 pm

The latest on her saga, the babys nanny was removing him from a high chair and it "snapped" and he fell on his head. The parents took him to his pediatrician who said he was fine, a week later they took him to the er where he was determined to have hematomas and a skull fracture!!!! This sounds familiar and of course they were not accused of anything...

Personally, I would not want them accused of anything because it would be the baby who would suffer.

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

Wait a minute, the CPS Did in FACT visited their home and questioned Britany and everyone involved. She did in fact got the visit from CPS. I don't know what entails to the result or what happened. What I heard was that the Baby fell out of the High Chair. That was it. and Heard on the News that Britany got a CPS Visit to the Home. After that, we don't know what pertains to the case.

Most Regular Parents that has a baby skull fracture would most likely to be removed from ER immediately. ER Doctors would be opt to call the CPS. I am surprised that it did not happen with Britany, in fact she got the Visit at her Home instead.

Britney Spears is searching for a nanny!

London, Apr 14 (ANI): Pop singer Britney Spears is hiring two medically-trained nannies after her baby cracked his skull.

The singer has spent days talking to specialist agencies to find 24-hour care for six-month-old Sean Preston.

He suffered a suspected fracture when his chair collapsed at Britney's Malibu home.

The nanny caring for him woke Britney, 24, and a doctor was called. He found no problems. But six days later Britney rushed still-groggy Sean to hospital.

"She doesn't want to risk anything happening to him again," a source close to the singer was quoted by The Sun,as saying.

"She has been looking for somebody who can recognise the signs if he becomes ill again," she added.

The insider added that Britney and hubby Kevin Federline, 28, were considering installing a sophisticated video surveillance system so they can monitor Sean while away working. (ANI)

Reports Say Spears' Son Fell From High Chair
Law Officers Pay Visit to Pop Star
AP
MALIBU, Calif. (April 12) - Child welfare officials and a sheriff's deputy visited Britney Spears ' home because her infant son was accidentally dropped from a high chair, according to published reports.

Britney came under hot water with the Department of Children and Family Services in February for driving with son Sean Preston on her lap.

Six-month-old Sean Preston fell April 1 as his nanny was lifting him from the high chair and something in the chair snapped, Star magazine reported Tuesday. The infant slipped from her arms and fell, bruising his head on the floor, the magazine said.

People magazine and the Los Angeles Times also reported the incident on Wednesday.

Though a doctor examined the baby at the house, Spears and husband Kevin Federline took the baby to the emergency room to have him examined six days later, People said.

Spears' attorney, Martin Singer, said in a statement that the hospital made a report to the Department of Children and Family Services as required by state law.

"DCFS immediately responded and determined there was no problem and no reason to open a formal investigation. They determined that the parents weren't involved in the injury and nothing was improper within the home," he said.

The Los Angeles DCFS and the Lost Hills sheriff's station declined to give details of Saturday's visit, and would not say if there was an ongoing investigation. DCFS public-affairs director Louise Grasmehr didn't return a phone message left Tuesday at her Los Angeles office. The department routinely refuses to discuss cases, citing confidentiality laws.

"It's a very standard, routine patrol request," Lt. Debra Glaskides said Tuesday. "We just roll out with them. We stood by, we took no action, no report or anything."

In February, DCFS visited Spears' home after publication of photographs showing the 24-year-old singer driving with then 4-month-old Sean Preston in her lap, rather than in a car seat as required by law.

Spears later apologized, saying she did it because of a "horrifying, frightful encounter with the paparazzi."

You see? The HOSPTIAL called CPS, and no action is required? Just a visit?

Most normal Parents got their babies removed RIGHT AT THE ER HOSPITAL Due to Skull fractures. Most of them. But rarely some of them gets to bring the baby home, given if they sign a "Safety Plan".

Since this is clearly an "accident" but it won't been seen as accident to CPS with NORMAL PARENTS!!!!!!!

I hear many parents come on here with skull fractures gets their child or children removed RIGHT AT THE ER!

"you can go home with your Child as long you sign this Saftey Plan".

I am not questioning about Spears, I am just questioning on the timing at the ER with Doctors and CPS being called and the time line where the Kids are "removed" due to their findings.

I know it is an accident with Britany Spears, but they won't hear "accidents" and "won't hear of it" with REGULAR NORMAL PARENTS! What if it was an accident with the others as well? I remember one fell off the tub and fell onto the Child while the parent slipped. I remember a baby got a skull fracture and it was removed from the Hospital without questions. I remember plenty of kids on here got their arm or leg broke and they were removed at the ER as well. The investigation was poor during at that time with normal Parents, but seems with Britany, the investigation seems very throuogh.

I just don't understand why the other parents don't get investigated properly and she gets investigated properly with a visit? Most parents just had their child removed immediately without asking a question to "what happened".

It is puzzuling indeed and unfair to the rest of the other innocent parents going through same "accidents" as Britany but their child were removed as the result.

I know me being one of them, remember the baby in my daycare showed signs for three days after the mom said she fell and hit the desk? But it was infathomable that it could have been accidental and she got her child back but I wasnt able to get my liscence back cause all the suspicion fell on me! Im still bitter and still dont have a answer from my case, its set for trial in June, but they finally got all the documents to my lawyer and they are supposed to sit down middle of this month to avoid the court date in June...

That is a good question indeed! Why should you be the fall guy? WHY should you be blamed for this so called "accident"?

If she (the mother) said that the child fell and hit the desk, then certainly I hope you got the proof of evidence to overthrow your case out and get your day care back!

By the way, HOW did she know the child fell and hit the desk? and she gets her child back? HOW can CPS see through all of this and say that you are the cause of the "accident"?

An Accident is an accident. Period. You shouldn't be the one who can be named as the one who caused it. You didn't. The mother stated the child FELL And hit the desk. So tell that in Court and I hope you have HER statement. And ask the Judge to throw the case out and remove your name off the registry and instruct them to get your day care back! You cannot do anything about "an accident". NO body can really prevent an accident at every minute! We can really watch and protect, is all we can do.

I would suggest if you were to get your Day care back, is to buy Video Surveillance and Tape every day...so this way, you can show CPS nothing happened in your Day care in case if the Child gets (god forbid another accident). You need to draw up a Wavier Document for the Parents to sign, if anything were to happen to the Child, you are not responsible. Every Day care has this Wavier Document, usually. We have the same Wavier Document for Sport Activity, Soccer Club, that the Coaches are not responsible for the Child for Heat Stroke or whatever....etc..etc...etc...

I got half of dcf reports and she changed her statement of how the child fell 4-6 times, she also took a stress test and it was inconclusive. I myself agree they are never accurate, but there shouldve been a second look given after seeing the info, she got the baby back after she got out of the hospital, 2 weeks later. It is infathomable it had to get to this level, but I should have a answer soon and its in my favor so far, DCF paniced when they realized I was going to fight it, they got rid of that lawyer and got a new one and he is very willing to come to a agreement so it looks good.

We have already gotten the survellance with our tax money believe me we are ready!
I dont know how the baby fell exactly because she changed her statement so many times, the original statement made to me was "She fell and hit the desk", she did tell the hospital and the police several different things such as she hit the crown molding near the desk, she bumped the leg of the desk, etc.

Yeah, but why should you lose your Day Care over that report for?

Demand them to get your license back! That is totally uncalled for. I would sue for loss of money that you lost during all of this. Loss of income, loss of work, etc...and make CPS PAY it back! for your loss of work.

They are unprofessional indeed, and it is appalling to know that they hung you high and dry based on slip and fall and hit the desk case. That should not have happened. You should not have lost your license or lose your day care to begin with!

If I was you, I would sue them for money back for loss of work, loss of daycare, loss of money during the period of this case!

First I have to get the liscence back, that cost me $10,000 already and maybe more, then if Iam lucky I can get the money to go the rest of the way!

An issue was brought up elsewhere in this forum
about whether impending law suits caused
CPS to back down.

It seems obvious from several of these
CPS investigations of CELEBRITIES that
people with financial or Public Relations clout
do get treated much more carefully by
the CPS agencies.

Yes, if parents who are not rich or famous
are investigated for a head injury there
is no question that an accident would
be treated as parental neglect or worse
and the child would be removed.

At the very least the child would be
removed during an investigation lasting
several weeks.

To CPS is anything an accident?

That's correct, I already have almost absolute proof through 2 similar incidents in Monroe County. Additional supporting evidence that this is likely true lies with the Britanny Spears case. You know CPS is scared sh...less that they will be sued if they try their same BS tactics on her that they would no doubt pursue in the case on a non-celebrity and middle or poor class family.

Sue these criminals into the stone age when, if and anytime you can.

Well folks, I finally got what they claimed to be "all the records" but I highly doubt that, it seems like somethings still missing, however there were so many false statements and errors in these reports,
ex: my son is 11, they put his age as 12,13 several times, they said his last name was different than mine, that I had a a1 yr old son and 12 year old children, (I have a 3 yr old daughter also), that I had a prior DCF history, (I had none before this bulls____!) My first name was misspelled, as well as the mother of the injured child changing her statement over 11 times, but they said she was "honest and believable." The mother lied also saying the child came to the daycare Mon (she didnt) and that she was ill and got off early picking her up at 10am, (I have a signed by the mother sign in sheet stating she was infact off),
Heres the best one:
We cooperated through our whole investigation which by the way, hers opened 10/8 and closed 10/10. Mine lasted till 1/17! we talked to the cop each time she came (2 times) and the CPs caseworker bothtimes, now mind you we refused to take a stress test or a written statement to the cop and so they said in their case notes that we never cooperated, and the fact we hired council, gut instinct is we did, because there was no obvious evidence otherwise." HELLO, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE PERIOD THAT I DID A DA_ _ THING!!!! The mother also apparantly said in parent handbook it says I dont beieve in spanking, yes this is true, thats the reason it is in the handbook, because I dont believe in spanking THEIR CHILDREN, logically speaking I can spank my own if I choose, they are mine, however she claims I spanked mine in front of her- MAJOR LIE, and that I said DCF had been to my house twice, (I found out she loves to twist what I say) I did say this but in this sentence placement, they had been to my house twice for liscencing checks- They critisized my organization and the fact I took detaild daily notes on all the kids and because I had written later after the child left all the information on the childs condition as it unfolded and what the mother had told me!!!!
They said I should see a shrink!!!!
I could go on for hours but I just seem to piss myself off worse. There are several statements where they focused on my son and husband as well, until they figured out they had nothing on anyone at my home!

Yes, CPS loves these kind of stuff where they get to twist and change to their likings. You need to prove that it is not in fact true and tell them to prove with evidence. I hope you already written up Declaration of Facts for the Hearings.

Let us know how that go. Sure hope you get your Day care back fairly soon as the Mother changed her statement 11 times? Something's up with her and she probably knew that the Child was injured at the Home rather than the Day care.

I did a declaration, but I also had to a correction declaration from 500 pages of CPS reports for my lawyer- that was fun!

Are you saying they did 500 pages of corrections? or you did the 500 pages?

Whoa, one has to wonder how thick our files would be in their possession, about say a mile long?

LOL

That is what my Principal said about my Son's behavior and in his words, "He got a School Files that is about a mile long". It is because he has behavioral problems due to O.D.D. and it always happens at School? mmmm Interesting.

I am sure with most Parents here has alot of paper that is worth more than thousands and thousands of paper of reports that they "made up". If it was the truth, it would have been short. Lies usually last longer. :D

geesh. THat is alot of paper. All the trouble to make 500 pages? That is alot of trouble to make up Lies. In my opinion, if it was the truth, it would have been slimer, not big fat file.

One never cease me to wonder, that they would go all that trouble to make up so much paper work. It should not have been opened to begin with.

It wasnt all lies, but alot of it was duplicate reports and alot of medical reports from the childs 8 month life as well as while she had been admitted, so Id say 200 alone was duplicates.

She had already THREE Incidents with her Son.

One was driving with the Son without a Car seat to flee from so called papparrazzi's....

One was when the Nanny dropped him on the floor from a faulty High Chair and Nanny got fired...

One was Britney almost dropped him from the Hotel, I believe in New York.

All of these are questioned by CPS and she got off, so far...

So sad that she is being constantly watched by CPS and everyone in the World...but sure she knows what it felt like. And yet she is pregnant with another Child...

If she has another Incident, you can bet CPS are going to watch closely on this one this time. CPS are going to say they are going to look for "patterns".

Such a famous word I keep on hearing from CPS' mouths, is "patterns of abuse". If they keep on having patterns for so long, it can be seen as evidence to file for removal of Children.

I dunno if it was a true incident or a rumor, but I read something in a trash mag about her almost dropping the baby in the street and the bodyguard caught the child just in time.

She had a drink in one hand, baby in the other, and was wearing some RIDICULOUS shoes.

CPs isn't going to take her baby though. If you are famous you have to be someone like Courtney Love to get your kid taken.
Not "America's Sweetheart" Britney, miss mousketeer and all that crap.

Gotta have the "trashy" mom thing going. LOL.\

You have GOT to be kidding me! In what fantasy world do ridiculous shoes and tripping amount to abuse or neglect? Give this woman a break.

I have said it numerous times and I'll say it again: the question isn't "we're being investigated, why isn't she?", the question is "she ISN'T being investigated, why are we?" I have seen nothing that this woman has done that could REMOTELY be classified as abuse or neglect in a real world scenario without a socialist, nanny state government (the skull fracture was under the supervision of the NANNY), and I believe that the press needs to get off her back. All I'm asking is for the CPS goons to get off OUR backs as well.

Your right. It's easy to vent frustrations at the star though. She has been investigated, supposedly.

I think people are just mad, not at her so much, but at the fact that if it were any one of us we probably would have LOST the kid by now.

I think that wearing shoes like that and carrying a drink while carrying the baby is STUPID, but not neglect. Just dumb.

There is a recent new rumor with photos about her driving in a convertible with the baby in a forward facing set (not near old enough/big enough for that).... and there was the other incident with the baby on her lap as she drove... and again, you are right. We should be mad at CPS.

The double standard is just not right.. they shouldn't be after ANY of us for stupid piddly crap.
