Baby drowns while parents drink beer-NO charges

The parents put thier 8 mo. old baby & 2 yr. old in the bathtub.

The baby drowned while the parents were in the livingroom drinking beer.

No criminal charges were filed. The story doesn't mention CPS, but I'd think they'd be involved.

I'm sure the parents are grieving, but to me, it does seem negligent. I can't imagine leaving an 8 mo. old in the bathtub.....not even a two year old.

It's just mind boggling when you consider those on this board that have been criminally charged or had threats of criminal charges for MUCH LESS.
