My daughters death! in the news

Postby TryingMom » Fri May 21, 2010 6:36 pm

I posted about this in one of the other topics but I figured I would put it on here too... maybe some one has been through a similar situation and can give me some help or insight..
My 4 month old baby died as a result of being shaken while I was at work by my fiance, and they found a skull fracture and cracked ribs...all of which I had no idea had even happened to her until the doctor told me. This was only 2 weeks ago. He is now in jail.
CPS took my other 2 children, 3 and 6 yrs, who are not his, because they say i should have seen the signs and been able to protect my baby. How can I protect them from something i didnt know was happening?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They have a big packet of LIES.. that I have no idea where they even got this information. We have CPS history because my oldest daughters grandma on her dads side, who hates me btw, and who the kids are placed with now.. ca,lled CPS because my fiane spanked my oldest once. CPS dismissed it and said there was nothing wrong with spanking... so tell me, why is that me ignoring the signs?? when they are the one who told me there was nothing wrong with it.. anyways, all this is in the newspapers and I have tons of people who dont even know me writing all kinds of crap!!
Now CPS is considering is "high profile" and are prolly going to do everything in their power to cover their butts... considering they "missed the signs".... im so ANGRY!! My kids are my life.. and I cant lose them! How do I get past the news in the paper, deal with it, get my kids back, and prove that I KNEW NOTHING!!

I am so sorry for your loss. What a heartrendering time for you to deal with your precious loss and fight cps and the public at the same time. The public is always cruel. Their cruelty will never change nor will cps's.

There are some things you can do and you are right about cps covering their butt's. You will have a lot of paper work to do and I wonder if you have a friend or relative who could help you with it.

First you need to get your case files from cps and I am not sure if they will give them to you without a fight but, by law they have to give them to you. Here is a link on how to do that.

Next you need a Objections/Corrections form and this will be used to correct every lie that cps told in their case files. This why you need the files. Here is the link for that viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4274 Scroll down until you see those words.

Next you need to do a form on Declaration of Facts. Here is the link for that; ... bbrev=/WA/

This is another states info so you must see if your county has this form and go by it. If they don't then this one will give you info on how to prepare one.
You have to be brave in getting this to the Clerk of Court and don't listen to your lawyer he is not going to help you unless he really dislikes cps also. It must be notarized. ... bbrev=/WA/

Post often and keep us updated so we can help you.

I am attempting to look for more information in regards to a case like yours.

We can't promise anything but, try to help the best we can.
This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.
