Is there some paper I can file with my child's school that makes it to where DFCS isn't allowed to come in and interview my child?

The right to interview children in child abuse investigations is a statutory right and obligation (with certain restrictions in some states). The last time I looked into the Hatch letter that Daruma is referring to, the law semed to be about the parental right to decline the teaching of certain subjects to their children, like sex education. It didn't seem to mention anything about CPS investigations, but maybe I was reading a different Hatch Act.

It probably is the same Hatch act. Some people have tried to use it to prevent their kids from talking to CPS, though not always successfully. I wasn't aware that it was designed to opt out of sex ed or other controversial classes, but that kinda makes sense.
