You do not have to request from the Juvenile Court - anything - they are full of malarchy - however - FILE WITH THE FEDERAL COURT - AN INJUNCTION - if your poor enough - which I know everyone is struggling - REQUEST AN ATTORNEY - WHICH WOULD BE A FEDERAL ATTORNEY thru the FEDERAL COURTS

My case is years over ...a six year battle lost. Adoption. Is there a ,time limit asto filing a wrong doing appeal. Or anything of the like????
Lawsuit...Im sure there was a good one
Appeal....definately obvious grounds
Exposure/ " im going to tell on all of them and name names"
I belief I have passed the time limit for anything to happen however there are special circumstances
Any tidbits u can send my way????

lost boys mom- I am sorry it's been so long that I have been on here - but if it's been this many years - I am not sure what the statute of limitations are for your state - it's definitely complex for all of us involved but I do not know how to help or suggest anything since it has been so long - I am so sorry for your loss
