Cps wants me to move out of the home to get my children back. I was wondering if anyone knew how they expected me to do so when they are taking more than half my wages f0r child support so that I am in need of their fathers income also to survive. I did not ask for my children to be taken away and I did not ask for them to be taken away because of false allegations

Are they having the father pay support too?

yeah but he doesnt have to pay as much cause when the child support first got put on him was long before me and they only had him paying a low income amount because at the place he was working he wasnt making much money and since his new job now hes making more money and they havent gone after him for more child support yet. My oldest daughters dad isn't paying anything because he has been in and out of prison so much and can't get a job and when he does get a job its under the table

why do they want you to move? Also why dont you go to court and see if the support can be reduced? This is a money game for them. You make it, they take it.

i went to court it was 900 dollars they wanted me to pay than it went down to 700 dollars now its 580 dollars. They want me to leave him because my oldest daughter accused him of molesting her and than later denied it happening.
