Casa
If my kids guardian ad litem isnt doing her job, as you know since it appears she is going to believe whatever cps puts on paper. ..can I get a casa volunteer for my kids before trial which is in two weeks? I need someone to really speak on my kids behalf. This guardian ad litem has not even seen my kids once or did the research like I did prior to cps even coming to the home on autism and how locking the bedroom door at night to protect my son from wandering at night..how it was never neglect. I need someone to really speak on my kids behalf at the trial and was wondering if I would be able to get a casa volunteer for them. Thats if I dont "recuse" my judge first.
Re: Casa
I've mainly heard negative feedback about CASA volunteers. They're court appointed... so I don't know if you can walk into their office and request a CASA volunteer; I'd think not. By the way, they're trained by CPS to think like CPS, know what I mean?

In recusing a judge you might be going from the frying pan into the fire. Read this link if you haven't already.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom
To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).
Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.
