Courts have held that particular restrictions imposed upon the visitation rights of a homosexual parent are permissible, [FN2] while other courts have held certain restrictions on the visitation rights of homosexual parents to be improper in the absence of evidence justifying the necessity for such limitations, so long as the parent's sexual practices remain discreet.
