Pschytropic Drugs, CPS Needs Approval first

Postby Frustrated » Tue Nov 22, 2005 12:10 pm

As for putting Pschytropic Drugs into Children, CPS Workers and Foster Parents MUST get an approval from the Supervisor, and sign it off, then give medications to the Children. That is if the Children are already on Drugs. But if it is forcible new drug to put on Children, CPS needs proof that Children needs it. Not just a push upper to give them a Break, so they don't have to work so hard to control Children.

In the Manual and Policies, and the Child and Families Services ACT Law, in Canada, it states that CPS Workers MUST get an approval from the Supervisor BEFORE administrating the Drugs on Children.

There are so much higher rate of about 65% of the Children are already on Prozac, Ritalin, Concerta, and other anti depressant pills. Doctors are pushing it farther to get Fundings for themselves. I am not sure, but every drug they push, 5% to 10% of the Profits goes to the Doctors and the Pharmceutical Drug Companies gets the 90% of the Profits, and I am sure the Governments gets part of the Profits as well. Making Children as Zombies, rather dealing with the Problem at hand, like a quickey dose of heaven then CPS and Foster Parents can watch their Much needed TV shows on time.

This is not legal advice;hopefully wisdom

To put it in simple terms…when the authorities ARE the perpetrators and the perpetrators ARE the authorities, there is no earthly justice or recourse, at the end of the day (unless the American people wake up).

Therefore, those who have achieved the highest levels of power seek to ‘enjoy’ the most grievous and extreme injustices. For many of those in the highest circles of power, the greatest statement of power is to perpetrate the greatest possible injustice…the savage, brutal traumatization and abuse of an innocent child.

I know this was an old post ... but in California you must have a court order before psychotrophic medications can be administered unless the child is in the hospital. But at discharge in order for the medications to continue, you must have a court order.

Our court has a child psychiatrist that evaluates all the medication and agrees or disagrees and then either approves or not the requested medication ...
