While looking up the Appleseed Foundation who is working on Foster Care Reform, I scrolled down and found this web site:

Since they are working on Foster Care Reform, maybe as groups in the states they go to, you can also get them to change taking children on false allegations and let them know about CPS and the way they falsify and corrupt documentation. It is certainly worth a try!
