Interesting indeed. Sounds like every parent's nightmare when they have CPS Case like these.

Notice that the Court decided that the Father has the right to remain silent while the investigation was going on and he did not have due process of the Court, or due diligence or whatever you called it. The Court ruled that the Father did not have these rights respected and it was indeed violated. They further say there was NO EVIDENCE to back up such sexual abuse allegations.

If the hymen is intact, so thus the said Child wasn't sexually abused. She has in fact an urinary tract infections and bacterias in her privates.

Interesting case indeed and hope this case will show an example for false alleged parents.

I found it very interesting that the mother is a lawyer that has handled DSS cases, and in fact brought all of this up after she had completed ad litem classes.

The father is a doctor so you know he had some hot lawyers on his side as well.

I was PLEASED with the reasonings the court gave. They actually took time to consider everything. Overall, just reading about the 'facts' of the case I have no idea how it even got so far up without being squashed. What a waste of tax dollars.

In our family a Japanese dr found out why my one daughter was ill most of the time; urinary tract infections from taking baths were the result of her illnesses.

She was constantly being treated for colds and sore throats and lost 13 lbs in one year because of this. He told me that the reason for this was that once she had the urinary tract infection it then would travel through her system and result in colds and sore throats. He said, "American drs. should look for this first before treating the cold and sore throat in girls. American girls and women should not bathe in a tub, causes too many illnesses."

"No baths for this little girl", he delcared in broken English.

If i read this case correctly, he claimed his due process rights were infringed upon and that the caseworker only told half truths. would this ruling not hold fair to all of us involved with cps? isnt the juvenile justice system just a way to dance around the constitution? basically i interpreted it to mean that this case was just another example of the kanagroo court system that is going on in our society today. it is just plain disgusting that one person can accuse another person without facts and with such contempt as to ruin their lives and win. how can we as parents teach our children that it is better to tell the truth, when it looks like the liar always win? what example does it teach our children? isnt a child who is forced to live with the lie of someone abusing her just as pschologically damaging as a child who is abused?

Yes, it applies to all of us, but the problem is that most of us live in within provery levels, we cannot afford good Lawyers and hence that's why we lose and they win. They are more powerful, but it helps if we know the Laws and know our Rights, we can win.

For a Child to live with the Lie can be damaging to one's welfare. But Not telling anything is not lying. If we keep our mouths shut and protect our Family Interests, and PROTECT OUR FAMILIES from frivilous and malicious Workers who are capable of Lying all the way to Court. If we don't say anything, it is not a lie. If you say something, and it can be construed as a Lie, but telling the Truth and we always pay for it. Almost every time. What can we do what is Right?
It is better not to say any word, and protect your Family. If you don't say anything, it is not a Lie. Because nothing comes out of our mouths. These Workers cannot work on something that you don't say nothing, it comes out nothing out of nothing. lol
What would you do if you were surrounded by Lions and you had to protect your baby? Of course, by our Mother Instincts, the first thing we can think of is to PROTECT our Youngs from vicious people. Just like any Lions protecting its Cubs, if some one gets too close to the Cubs, you are going to be Ate. Right?

Same for the rest of us, we are like the Lions protecting our Cubs. If some Worker comes and harm our Cubs, The Workers are going to be ate. That's a Parent's Instinct to protect their Youngs and it is NATURAL Instinct. No body can just pick up the cubs and claims it is theirs. Only can apply to Orphans if the Parent died.

That is just purely an example for some one to understand why we react the way we react. The Workers think we react in anger, but really it is the Parent's Instinct to protect their Youngs. That's the way how we do it. Almost every Parent does that, is by protecting their Children from any harm from anyone, even if it includes the Workers that are capable of vicious lying.
