Class Action Lawsuit (Canada) against CPS

There is current Class Action Lawsuit here in Canada from Toronto, Ontario to go up against Children's Aid Society and the Ontario Government...here's the description below:

Description Notice to members of the public who have had dealings with the CAS, known as the Children's Aid Society. We are gathering a list of plaintiffs and their information to put forth a class action lawsuit against the Children's Aid Society and Government of Ontario Canada., For human rights violations and infringements. Notice there is no fees or charges for this service. Should we proceed the Law Firms will charge a fee based upon award from the courts. No win no charge .

The information we require from you will need to show neglect, corruption, human rights violations and any form of abuse be it emotional physical or sexual, that has occurred to your children or has effected your emotional well being while your children were or are in the care of the CAS Ontario.

It pertains to anyone whom is in care was in care or is effected by this agency life interrupted by psychological damage caused by beign subjected to their emotional duress by being in direct care or by their children being in direct care now or past.

Information submitted by you needs to be condensed into point form by date from 1st occurrence to the last occurrence. This information can be submitted regardless of whether you regained or retained custody or not of your child(ren).

your not too far from our country. im wondering if that is the same as all over canada.

oh yeah...just as same...no feelings, no empathy, no common sense....threatening, forcing you to sign, yup just the same as USA...I heard England is far more worst than Canada. More like dictators. Austrailia is another Country is just as bad same as here...USA has 50 states, so it's more dictating there. Surprisingly that South America is more less than North America. I don't see anything happening in South America. I assume it's because of tribes down there, so they could not do anything about it same as Africa. I am not sure about Russia though. or China for that matter. Would love to know about that though.
But for right now, USA and Canada has two Class Action Lawsuits against CPS seperately...I heard that England is going to have one too because it's very frivilous there. I would love to know where one country is untouchable.

The same as in USA, but USA are more friviulous and meaner, there are some spots in Ontario that have nice Workers while in Kingston/Hamilton area are really bad, it depends on the location. They are nice at first then jump to meanness. However, in British Columbia, it's more better, and different, because the CPS there are operated under the Ombudsman where here in Ontario CPS are NOT governed by the Ombudsman but private business. Their personality differs, but just the same, they lie and cheat, and manipulate the case, make up stuff, and they were mean. It depends on the case really, there are some nice workers but rare.
