The programs aren't going away! Instead people are getting trapped in it at your expense! And now they want to make the funding even larger at tax payer's expense because states get billions of dollars which are SUPPOSE to help people off the system, but the system is designed to keep people on! Information that states are getting incentive for increasing case loads in social services welfare. Which means more families that are dependent, by being traped on welfare, can end up a target for other agencies! You are being taxed for programs regardless of how you feel.Better make sure they work...
