Re: Where to find KY attorney to fight CPS? ?
Do not ever get Elizabeth Elkins Bond, Chris Creech, or Tracy Burkett. They will not fight for you. Elizabeth Elkins Bond was the court appointed attorney that stipulated me without my consent. KY Bar Association I think it's called refused to investigate.

Re: CPS threatning to keep my child in the NICU?
Do not talk to them. Let the time clock run out. Be warned though, they often come back. They can easily claim that they got a new call on you, and since these calls are kept anonymous there's no way to prove whether they even got a call or not. They do not like it when someone slips through their f...

Re: Government retaliating against me for not keeping quiet
And I lost two of my cats from this. The shelter killed one and adopted the other out. I was made homeless again because of these people, but this time it was during the summer time. I ended up with subsidized housing, but could only keep one of my cats. I ended up having to give up two of my cats t...

Government retaliating against me for not keeping quiet
Don't know if you remember my back story or not. Back in 2011 my daughter was stolen from me and the government gave her to my abuser/rapist. Government committed fraud against me in the process and falsely accused me of things that never happened. My abuser/rapist is a government employee with conn...

Re: My daughter is sitting beside me - UPDATE: Big mistake :
I'm supposed to get my daughter for Thanksgiving next week. During court today, the social worker said that after they place her back with me the agency would be monitering me for several months at least. So you ARE getting your daughter back? I hope so!!! We have trial next week. My attorney is pr...

Re: What are my Rights?
While the case is open make sure your home is literally spotless. Even a dirty dish can be twisted and used against you. I've seen it happen. If they close the case without taking your children consider moving out of their jurisdiction. They sometimes will come back and your previous case will be us...

Re: What are my Rights?
You really need some advice of an attorney. The good news is that as of yet you don't actually have a conviction since you haven't been to court. If it ever gets to court, no matter what, do not stipulate to anything. And don't freely talk to them thinking you have nothing to hide. They can twist ab...

Re: What are my Rights?
How can I lose them if I am cooperating with them and have agreed to what they've demanded? This was simply over a dirty house which was immediately rectified. I have showed them my house is clean and sanitary. Reduced the number of animals. I'm not brooding over my cats simply trying to understand...

Re: I really need some advice (Texas)
Absolutely. I've known of mothers who had their babies several months and they swooped in after her guard was down and took the baby based upon the TPR. I've known of mothers who had their babies taken at the hospital. They would have to know where you were to do anything. They're unlikely to make m...

Re: I really need some advice (Texas)
Yes, they are probably planning to take your new baby. And yes, in many places CPS will take all future children after a TPR. You do not get a chance to get future children back if you've had a previous TPR. You need to not talk to them any further. All talking to them does is help them, not you. Yo...

KY AG office may be prosecuting me
One of the things I was falsely accused of was attempted murder of my daughter. There was never any evidence other than the worker claiming I "admitted" to doing it. They couldn't even say when I supposedly did it. I was convicted in CPS court without a trial because court appointed attorn...

Re: Psychological abuse
I tried moving away from here. I had given up my apartment and spend three months living in my truck. I was moving out of state. I kept getting sick and having to come back to this state where I had medical insurance. Landlords kept refusing to rent to me because I don't make 3x the rent even on a $...

If you do end up doing a drug test, use a neutral third party and not one contracted in any way by the government. Using your own doctor would likely be best. CPS cannot be trusted.

Re: Accused of neglect
I am in KY. I have no idea. In my case they literally made up a previous incident case file and all to show a pattern of neglect to help keep me from even seeing my daughter. CPS commits fraud all the time in KY and I have no solution for fixing it. My daughter was completely alienated from me and w...

My daughter pretended to come to her senses about these felons. I learned last night though that she's planning on moving out of state with them. She's just using me as free labor to move her stuff out of her place. She's been telling her friends online what her real intentions are and it got back t...

Lots of confusion right now. She mostly ignores me, but twice she's had to call me up to rescue her when she couldn't get anyone else to help her. Then she hung out with me for short time afterwards. first of all, stop signing things for them. You are making it worse for yourself by doing so. Signing those papers is seen often as an admission of guilt.
