Oh my! That happened to me... I had paid medical insurance for them that was never used. They also had dance school that was paid for too. DSS never took them.

I use to bruise when I was little, I was anemic then. Use to horse around outside too much, so I would always come home with bruises. Of course, I am not now because I am an adult and try to watch what I eat. Children sometimes don't like foods with iron.

I would agree that taking to the child to the doctor is the best option.

Off the topic, funny that unlicensed personel get to diagnose people with DSS or the courts. I would complain to the board in your state about that doctor, if you haven't already.
